Wow. I’m a gear snob and still wow! Build quality is exceptional. If they skimped somewhere I couldn’t tell. I got this over the Segway w similar performance for $400 less and I don’t see how. It’s THAT nice! Took ten minutes to set up. I’m an older woman w some m/c and cycling/mtb experience and I unboxed it and set it up myself. It’s four screws. Boom done! This is my first e-scooter. $900? Really?? Insane. If you’re a beginner DO NOT start out on anything but drive or walk mode. You will get hurt on sport mode. Entirely different animal. Side note. If you think you need a really fast scooter, I can testify that you don’t really want to go faster than 25mph. Certainly not without full safety gear. After a few days riding, my preferred speed is actually about 20mph which feels VERY fast. I’m sure I’ll get used to it somewhat but trust and believe these are not toys - more like little hyper quick motorcycles that require THAT much attention while riding. In truth, I probably bought more scooter than I needed but I’m not at all complaining. 🤪 don’t hesitate to consider this brand. Would def buy again… ... show more

I have had this scooter for weeks, and I really like it so far. I have ridden it 6 times, about 10 miles total, and it still has plenty of battery life left currently. (~47% battery life). This is a very good, high quality scooter, and it can really move. The description is accurate, it can go up to 31 mph. I drove it down streets with limits up to 30 mph, in bike lanes, and up a couple of small hills without any problems. I also rode it at night, and I like the bright headlight and taillight. I like the blinkers, and I have used them frequently, and I like that there’s a light on the side of it for safety. I always wear a helmet and padding on my elbows and knees while riding the scooter just in case. The scooter is very heavy and difficult for me to bring it up the steps inside, but I can do it, and with help, I got it into a vehicle. It’s not as heavy as some other scooters though. The value of this scooter so far is excellent, I did a lot of research on different types of electric scooters and ultimately decided on this one because it’s new, and it had good reviews (I looked up the reviews on other websites besides Amazon). You can also download the app and use it lock it, and it will not move when it’s locked. If you try to move it when it’s locked, it will make a loud beeping noise. Unfortunately, I found that if you put a bag with a lock on it, it tends to be a little unstable when riding. I also didn’t like how the headlight turns off after stopping for a few seconds, but it’s easy to turn back on. This scooter is also very tall, it’s about 5ft tall, and I have yet to find a way to adjust the height, but it’s fine for me, because I’m tall for a woman. ... show more

    • ISSUES WITH MY INITIAL SCOOTER, WHICH NAVEE HELPED RECTIFY

SECOND UPDATE: Upgrading to four stars because Navee was kind enough to send me a replacement scooter after I returned my defective scooter rather than making me wait to get it shipped to their repair center and then shipped back to me. I appreciate them trying to make the situation right as best as they can. Still, I would recommend folks hold onto the packing materials for a while just in case there are any issues, as it cost me over $100 in new packing materials to ship my defective scooter back to their repair center. I will say that when it works, the Navee XT5 Pro is a lot of fun to ride and makes my commute so much easier since I no longer have to worry about parking. Just wish I didn't have the issues I did with my initial scooter, but I am happy that Navee helped to fix the issue. UPDATE: I finally got a response from Navee (they said my initial email never went through) and after some back and forth emails to prove my issue, they said they will eventually send me a shipping label to send my scooter to one of their repair centers. While I'm glad they're trying to make things right, at this rate, it'll likely be weeks before I have a working scooter, which I was hoping to use to commute to/from work. And it still doesn't ease my frustration over spending over fifteen hundred dollars on a scooter that stopped working after less than five times riding it. ***** I am FURIOUS. I purchased my scooter at the end of November 2025 and it arrived on December 3, 2025. I rode it only a handful of times in the cold winter weather and already, less than three months after it arrived, the scooter no longer powers on. It charges fine and there are no cable/connection issues that I can see. I reached out to customer service two days ago and they have not responded.
