    • It works but the lower tub is a poor design
I have had this tent for a few months now and used it a couple of times. It's a very nice tent and the quality is pretty good. It's pretty much a roofnest falcon tent. The mattress is great for me but I like a firmer mattress. It has a rubber mat and a condensation pad already in it which is great because I leave mine on the roof all the time and it builds up condensation everyone in a while. I added a different mat under the rubber one to help remedy that. The pine problem I have is that water gets in the tent, not while it is open but while it is closed, the seal doesn't seem to work the best and the interior lip should be about .5" high and continuous around the tub. I how that this is fixed in future for this tent. The mattress ends up with water saturating the cover making it damp. It dries out quickly once the tent is open but it's kind of frustrating to have a damp mattress cover. EDIT: I ended up getting a water proofing fabric spray and sraying the whole tent down. that worked and i has had way less moisture issues. Been using it for a year now and have had 0 other issues. ... show more

from another vendor, under different name. I think they get some extra parts or runs from the factory as there are only really 1 or 2 factories that make these things. I took a chance when I bought mine and I couldn't have been more pleased. I am convinced that mine is mostly a Roofnest Falcon. I even brought the roofbars directly from Falcon and they fit fine. I think these are overrun or excess parts and they make some minor changes, The real roofnests probably have some extra refinements, warranty, customer service etc. but these are worth considering too. The mattress that came with mine was very comfortable for how thin it was. DHL banged up the box and tent came with a small dent on top where no one will see. Was still a great bargain. 1 year and no leaks. ... show more
