Small gels, easy to swallow. It was a hot day here in Illinois when they were delivered to my black mailbox. As such a few of the gels were stuck together but I used one immediately. I then put the bottle of them in the fridge. A while later I retrieved the bottle from the fridge and gave it a shake. All the gels were free from one another then. I am please with this product.

So, you are going to know all my business!! I have had rheumatoid arthrits for almost a decade now. I am on one of the "best" medicines that modern medicine has available right now... Enbrel which is a biologic drug and I have been on an ever increasing downward slope of disability. The beginning of the year I unintentionally broke down in my Dr.s office because I wanted to dance and run in the grass and play with my children but I couldn't. The Enbrel definitely helps me to walk and get through life but I was still in pain EVERYDAY. I could feel different foods attacking my joints, like wheat (kiss sandwiches, croutons on the salad, most pasta, breaded food etc goodbye) and I felt trapped and imprisoned in my body!! Enter learning about the Coimbra protocol and vitamin D for autoimmune conditions. I decided to try 10,000ius of vitamin D daily. I figured what do I have to lose? Maybe two weeks later, I wiggled my body around in bed...no pain. How strange!!! I didn't put two and two together yet but I went to sleep with a smile on my face. Which beat crying myself to sleep...again!! In the following days I noticed that the pain diminished so much that I would forget that I had arthritis!! And the mental confusion (RA fog/ Fibro fog) that can accompany my disorder and autoimmune disorders in general dissipated about 87% (that figure moves around). My memory issues that were apart of my RA package decreased as well. The anxiety/panic attacks that came on suddenly decreased to almost nothing. I also have increased energy and am now back in life and no longer a bystander watching other people live and enjoy their lives. I am living mine too! I am no longer in constant pain!! I am so happy!!! I CAN RUN AND DANCE AND PLAY AND CRAWL ON THE FLOOR WITH MY KIDS!!! Sometimes I wonder where I get the stamina!!! Did I mention that I am so happy? I am doing a modified version of the Coimbra protocol. It is not recommended to do a full Coimbra Plan without a Dr.s guidance who is educated in it because you have to have certain blood work done ( Calcium, PTH and a host of others)and a DEXA scan. It is my intention to try the full protocol under a Dr.s supervision when I'm done breastfeeding. My goal is to one day be off of Enbrel and to fully do the vitamin D protocol. Even if I had to take a "lighter drug" than Enbrel with the Vitamin D. If I can get these same results I will be happy!! Enbrel helps me but it scares me. One of the rare side effects is cancer. Enough said!! One last note, I have been using these vitamins for about 8 months. When I reordered during the summer my symptoms of pain and confusion slowly started to creep back. I tried to protect my package from denaturing due to the heat by retrieving it from the mailbox quickly but it was already hot, very hot when I received it. I used it anyway until my mentally and physically crippling symptoms started to kick back in. The weather had cooled so I reordered these vitamins and in a few weeks I was again back to my new old self...complete with wild praise dances and running back and forth on my feet all day long. Do mother's ever sit down? I do not recommend buying this product in overly warm conditions due to its efficacy more than likely diminishing. But, I do absolutely recommend this product! :) Love it and am stocking up in cool weather!
