So far, the only issue I have had is with a solar panel. One arrived broken but I have been in contact with the company to get a replacement. The system is super easy to setup. Connections are simple. The panels with their frames and wheels I find pointless. I have mounted the panels to a frame and I don't have to worry about them. I can run a fan and light all night long and still have plenty of power left to charge my chainsaw battery and phones. I plan on getting more pods as my power needs increase. Would recommend this to anyone looking for some alternative ways to have power.

My error: I meant to give 5 stars but gave 1 star my mistake. I give 5 stars. The only reason I had to return this is that I had health problems & did not know if I would be around long enough to set up. I wound not want to hurt a well done product by my error.

Have used it several times including during a hurricane and sadly it doesn't retain charge. At fully charged, it only charged a cell phone 50%. Tried to power a portable fridge (150 Watts) - it worked for about 39 minutes and died. Couldn't even charge my Bluetooth headphones!! Bluetooth USB dongle connects if you wait long enough but data is wrong and connection appears to eat one fifth of the battery. This is a total waste of money unfortunately. After several attempts to charge it to full and use it to power my devices in a crisis, I gave up and powered my devices off my car and gas powered generator. Would NOT recommend, especially during an emergency. It also weighs a lot and the cart handle has the button to lower the handle in the middle, so as you're pushing the crazy heavy battery you run the risk of pushing the handle down and tripping over the battery. Great product in theory but terrible in practice. HARD PASS.

I’ve bought 2 of the power pods and have had no issues. Both times the boxes were pretty badly damaged but the pods were still fine. Will probably buy 1 more eventually.

I repeat do not buy it's a waste of ur money for a product that over heats and catches on fire because the fan quits working cannot use for long periods of time and the company refuses to give either a refund or a new product the product I got literally caught fire i was only lucky enough to be able to catch it in time before it was too bad to be handled without calling authorities I had to use a fire extinguisher just to be able to put it out and the app doesn't even work at all so with the Bluetooth not being able to connect to let me know all this was happening to warn me to hey turn it off it's in danger or even if it was malfunctioning ... Worst decision I've ever made buying that this company only cares about getting money not the quality of their work or even if it's safe

This generator worked great for about 3 days. Soon after, the usb key to check the status of your generator would not sync. I've tried to uninstalling the app and even reconnecting the usb key, but still get either the syncing bar with no progress or maybe about 10-20% and freezes. Additionally, the solar panels do not bring in enough power to keep the generator charged. The wind turbine that came with my kit is very heavy and takes a high wind flow for it to began turn at all. Might be great if you're in a very windy location, but a gentle breeze will not cut it.

Sorry this is a misleading add. Add says 3600wh really? And then recharge every 4 months? Hello i charged for 24 hours as recommended and I used for like 2 hour and it shut off now do i have to wait more then 3 months to recharge it? This I'd ridiculous
