I am so pleased with these sneakers! They are very comfortable however I might suggest going up 1/2 size . I take a 7 1/2 sneaker so went up 1/2 a size to an 8 and fits great! Quality is excellent and the style is perfect ! Value for money absolutely Very happy ~

I work in Fast Food and stand on my feet for 5+ hours per shift, sometimes without a break, so I needed something comfortable to both stand and walk in. These shoes were it! I bought the 8.5 wides, and they fit true to size. Very comfortable shoe, the support inside them is great and the shoe almost bounces when you walk, giving each step the cushion needed. I am pleased with these shoes. I wear size 10 and they are true to size. The shoes have very sufficient padding and support for walking. The toe box is roomy. The padding is thick. I don’t find these sufficient for hiking on rocky terrain. I needed a more rugged sole and more ankle support during hikes but your needs may be different. I have weak ankles and flat feet. I have stood, walked, and pivoted in these shoes for hours on end and my feet are not fatigued or sore the following day. These are durable, comfortable and machine wash well. I’m surprised how much I love these shoes. I bounce between a 7.5 and an 8, so I got the shoes in an 8 to be safe. I had plenty of room at the toe, but they didn’t feel too big. These shoes are also really comfortable. They survived a weekend at Disney World and Universal Studios and my feet felt better than when I use my Nikes (don’t get me wrong, I did feel some tiredness just not that much). I went to the New Balance store, and they had these for about $80, but not in my size. These were the same, but a lot less. $$. And great Amazon Prime shipping. I am happy with these. They are light weight, but meant for cross-training, so they are stiff enough to provide decent support for my flat feet. I got the white and ice blue, so they are almost on-trend. Apparently, New Balance, which has a long history of making great, comfortable supportive tennis shoes for sensible old folks, is enjoying a bit of a fashion resurgence!! I still would like a pair of retro Jack Purcells to wear with my summer dresses, but to the gym or all around town, these are great! ... show more

Thank goodness for these shoes! I had some other sneakers that were supposedly cushion-y, with arch support. But my back, hips, and legs became extremely sore and fatigued. The arch felt flat and my ankles cramped within hours. After some research (this shoe and brand constantly popped up in the top three), I decided to buy these shoes, but started with just one pair. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! My legs and hips stopped hurting and the back soreness went away almost immediately. Best of all: my ankles are nicely cushioned and supported. No cramping or twisting at all!     • It’s doable as an alternative to HOKA

Instead of shelling out $180 for a second pair of HOKA I decided to give the NB 608 a shot as an every-other-day alternate for 3.5-mile daily walk. It’s supposed to be one of the best for long distance walking, that’s what I found on Google, so put it to test. I don’t blame the shoes but if you have heel pain due to thinning bones or loss of fat pad like I do then this 608 won’t make your foot pain better or worse. You can do a 3.5 mile-walk in them without blisters or cramped toes but don’t expect a HOKA performance. 608 is heavy, stiff, and with little arch support or heel cushioning despite the mfg. claim. I put extra gel pad in them for better cushioning. The toe box is generous and the structure is thick and durable for good foot protection. Its looks is nothing to write home about but no one will notice or care in the streets, even it’s a pair of white shoes 😬. I think the pricing is on the high side but everything is expensive these days. It serves its purpose without high expectations. ... show more
