I’ve been taking the Alive! Women’s Ultra Multivitamin for a while now, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in my daily energy and overall well-being. The once-daily formula is super convenient, and I love that it includes a wide range of vitamins and minerals to support energy metabolism and muscle function. The tablets are a little large, but they’re easy enough to swallow with water. I also appreciate that it’s a high-potency formula designed specifically for women’s needs. Gentle on the stomach, without any overpowering smell or unpleasant aftertaste like some multivitamins can have. Having studied herbal medicine and nutrition, I can say Nature's Way supplements have always been a top choice for high-quality products, long before the internet era—definitely not a new startup or a fly-by-night company. This vitamin offers a broader range of nutrients, including not just vitamins and minerals but also added herbal health benefits. I highly recommend it over all others, especially compared to the advertised drugstore varieties.

I think this vitamin is pretty comprehensive and a good price compared to other "natural" options. Make sure to take with food for proper absorption and to avoid nausea. This does have too many B vitamins - it will make your pee bright yellow, which isn't much of a concern to me but may be if you have any kidney issues. I've noticed differences in my hair and nails when I take it regularly, with faster hair growth and stronger nails.

I have really noticed a difference with these vitamins- and I've never noticed feeling better just by taking a vitamin- but I noticed I felt better- more energy, sleeping better, feeling more awake, even calmer, witin the first week of taking these. I notice when I miss a day. I love these vitamins- they are definately the best multi's you can buy for less than 20$. also- I'm GF so its good to note that these contain no wheat.
