Great product. Because they taste good I’m more likely to remember to take them. I had extremely low Vitamin D readings in my bloodwork this time last year. I felt a bit run down, so I decided to purchase these vitamin D3 K2 to boost my immune system. So far my body seems to be doing great with these. I am sensitive to vitamins, but had no negative effects from taking these. I take 1 a day. I would describe the taste as similar to lipstick. It is not the best tasting, but it's not terrible either. They are soft gummies and once bit down, teeth go right through them easily. The gummies are stuck together, but they do come easily apart. I use a new clean toothpick every time to grab one inside the bottle. That helps to keep the interior bottle clean and germ free. I will continue to take these once a day. ... show more

As someone with a vitamin deficiency, I struggle with the annoyance of swallowing pills and vitamins on the daily.     • Not what I expected...
The gummies are in one, big clump and are hard to tear apart. I think it said they are peach flavored but whatever flavor they are...not tasty. I try to chew quickly and swallow. I won't be ordering them again.
