I take these Nature Made D3 K2 gummies on a daily basis. I have been taking them about six months now. I do notice that I do feel better when I take them. It was determined that I was low on Vitamin D so after I checked out supplements I chose these. According to what I have read the K2 part of the gummies helps in the absorption of the Vitamin D. These are like peach flavored Jello formed into small domed pellets. They are quite soft. Mine didn't melt as others have said but I can see how that could happen. They aren't bad but I don't know if I would order them again.
