Product came on time and is as described. This magnesium drink is not only beneficial for your wellness it does an incredible job of calming you down. I have a difficult time falling asleep, but with Calm, I can ease my worries so I can sleep. Sometimes a 1/2 packet on frazzled days helps as well.

This stuff was suggested to me by my dietician because regular magnesium supplements give me lots of digestive distress. My doctor wanted me to try magnesium, and I was totally game. I bought the supplements (a pill) she suggested, and that night I took one. In the morning, when I woke up and made my morning stop at the bathroom (I'm a regular gal what can I say ;), i noticed my stool was a bit loose. Nothing major...i could handle it. Nbd, right? That night I took another magnesium tablet. I woke up in the middle of the night with violent diarrhea. My stools were loose for the next day after as well. I stopped taking the tablets and things went back to normal within a day or two. I shared this with my dietician and I said "I AM NOT TAKING MAGNESIUM SUPPLEMENTS". Of course she laughed, said she totally understood and that it's a common complaint. And then suggested this saying many of her patients have had luck with it. I bought it, and low and behold- LUCK! It doesn't give me the stomach trouble I get from taking tablets, it truly does give me a sense of calm, and the taste is Great! It dissolves nicely in water and is easy to drink. I read so many reviews about this product before purchasing it ( I think I went through all 200+ reviews on Amazon) because I've tried so many natural supplements to try and medicate my rampant anxiety that usually hits its peak around the time I go to bed every night. The worst review said that the size of the packet was too small, so I decided to go for yet another product and tried it. After a couple of days I definitely saw an improvement, albeit a small one. After another few days of taking it, I noticed that the results were more consistent, but it still wasn't enough to get me to sleep at night.     • Helps you rest! has really helped with my insomnia!
believe the hype! I have insomnia, in the sense that its very hard for me to fall asleep, but I can sleep all night and its even hard for me to wake up in the morning. I take this product on days when I catch myself struggling a little to fall asleep at night, and it helps calm me enough to allow myself to rest. On days I have taken it, its worked within minutes and really helps me rest and have a good nights' deep sleep. The trick is to take it right before bed, and not entertain yourself with anything else after (I think it might be a placebo effect, not sure, but it works!) The product itself wont make you sleepy, it calms/ "um-stresses" you when you can't "shut off your brain" or are feeling anxious. I have taken it during the day, and even gave it to a "mother of the bride" once on the day of the wedding- and like magic, it just calms you down! As for the side effects; I didn't experience any. Many have said it "helped" with constipation and most blamed this on the amount they started taking. I used the entire pouch since day one, but have never had more than one in a day. I cant speak to the health benefits either because I haven't taken it consistently enough- but my husband and his family swear by magnesium supplements. Finally, I bought the Raspberry-lemon flavor, and its quite good, but I like that sort of fake citric flavor taste. ... show more

Great for frequent flyers to cope with jet lag. Boil some water in your hotel room, drink it as a bedtime tea and be sound asleep twenty minutes later. As a commercial pilot who is constantly confronted with different time zones, this has made my rest much better and my life easier.
