It does have a strong herb-like smell but it isn’t all too bad. The sprayer nozzle provided with it didn’t work AT ALL so I only give it four stars. I poured it into another smaller spray bottle and applied the spray throughout my home that way with no issues.

I started out with regular ant bait. It had no affect on stubborn Florida ants. After that, I bought this product and sprayed along the walls. It helped some. Next, I bought fill your own ant traps (pictured) on Amazon. I put some liquids in them to attract the ants. It helped some. Then I got the idea to put this product inside the traps, figuring the ants would get a burst of the scent. It worked!!! Within hours the ants disappeared! I am so thankful for this product because #1: I have a dog and I don’t want it to get ahold of toxic bait. And #2 I don’t want ants in my house!

Just sprayed the entire outside of my home bc were having a problem with black widows. The smell isn't bad but it is very strong I was getting dizzy so I would probably never use it indoors. It also does not kill on contact. We soaked a spider in the spray expecting it to die and after like 3min of it still crawling around just fine we ended up squashing it ourselves. The sprayer also stops working so much its frustrating to even want to keep using it. As of right now I give it a 2.5/5....

Like many other reviews have mentioned I was happy to find a bug repellent/killer that was pet safe. However, my initial experience with this product was terrible. First, attempting to remove the cap from the lid was difficult at the cap itself was so cheaply made it broke when I pushed it down. Second, the seal on the item was very secure and I was unable to remove it normally. So I had to use a knife to carefully remove it. Third, the sprayer (or whatever) did not work at all. It could barely produce any pressure and only a small amount of the liquid came out. It also dripped all over my hands while I was operating it and I still cannot get rid of the smell after hours of washing my hands. Finally, the smell, which is not pleasant at all. It is a very harsh smell that persists and seems to just cut through all over smells. Extremely distracting and annoying. I have no idea how long it will take for it to leave my home. I can make no judgments on the quality of the actual function, as in how well it kills bugs because I had such a negative experience with the cheapness of this product I just gave up and left it outside for now. I'll need to throw it away later as I can't really see myself attempting to use this again. What a waste of money...
