Been ordering Amazon Renewed Phones at lot never had any issues at all, decided to give their renewed gaming consoles a try and they really don’t disappoint on their renewed products. It felt like I bought this Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Switch brand new that’s how fresh it looks & feel. The shipping for One Day was kind of late, however I still got it the same day thanks to reaching out to customer service to have them redeliver it same day since they miss out on me. No problems with the console so far, if there are any noticeable problems will update the review in the future. Last picture other items are sold separately. Just glad I got this way cheaper than buying this console brand new, I saved a lot of money probably $60 I would say. ... show more

it does what a switch does, and has the problems a switch does. Yea the joycons get a lil loose after a while but that happens with almost all switches.

I ordered this switch and after many issues with UPS bouncing me back to them, then them bouncing me back to UPS I received the product a few days late. Overall, not the main concern but the customer service during this process was lackluster. Talking with UPS was actually easier and more accommodating, even though the seller was the one who needed to make changes to the shipping label process. Received the item and most things worked well - however the left joycon doesn't register up/down movement, so a replacement was needed. It's not really possible to order this specific joycon, so I ordered a separate one. I contacted the seller multiple times over the course of several days asking for any direction, and received no response. I think it's clear that they aren't super interested in fixing this issue, and I would not recommend using this particular distributor. Would have been a five-star review if communication flowed smoothly, and if resolution was attained on the product's DOA issue. Thankfully you can buy a left joycon and I have gone that route. ... show more
