    • This is my go-to hydration vest option for long trail runs, road runs, and longer hikes.
Sizing: This vest is for the most part one size fits all. I'm 6 foot tall, weigh 205 pounds, and have a 46 inch chest, and this vest fits me very well; not too tight, not too loose. Storage: There's a small amount of storage in the front, and a decent amount in the back. I Feel that the amount of storage provided is just enough for the days I'm going to be running 8-10 miles on the road or trail, or I'm going to be hiking 10-15 miles. Hydration reservoir: The hydration reservoir is quite large, which is the primary reason I consider this to be a high mileage vest. I've never used this vest and ran out of water while out on a long run, or long hike. Also, I love how the hydration vest is positioned, as well as the drinking spigot. Fit while running: While the hydration reservoir is very large, and storage more plentiful, this vest never bounces around on me, as long as I have the vest properly tightened down.     • Nice hydration pack...
I own several hydration packs for biking. I got this one for a grandson named Nathan. My wife thinks he'll love a hydration pack with his name in big letters down the back. I also own Osprey and CamelBak hydration packs. This is largely similar to those packs in utility. It has a few zippered pockets, one on a shoulder strap that doesn't fit my iPhone, one on the back that does fit my phone. The bladder capacity is slightly smaller than I'd like at 1.5 liters. I'd prefer 2 or 2.5 in this big a pack, but 1.5 isn't terrible. There are no mesh pockets to carry extra water bottles. Overall, for non-demanding usage, this is great. I could see going with something with greater capacity if I were still doing long bike rides, but for my more sedentary life--and for giving to a young grandson--this is great. ... show more

I ordered this hydration pack for 3 main reasons: 1) my old hydration pack is getting worn out, 2) I wanted a larger capacity bladder than the 1.5 liter bladder in my old pack, and 3) better mechanism for filling the bladder than my old pack. Unfortunately, this hydration pack's Amazon page doesn't actually state the size of the bladder (1.5 liters) and uses "4 Liter" in the title which is very deceiving. I have to assume that 4 liters is the total storage capacity of this bag but based on the item description, the world may never know. Aside from the major omission of important details in the item description, this hydration pack is mostly what I was hoping for. Compared to my Osprey Duro 6 hydration pack, it is slightly smaller in height and width but offers more adjustability and fits my broad chest better than my Osprey. The filling mechanism is unquestionably easier than my Osprey which requires you to completely remove the bladder from its slip-carrier. I don't normally write reviews in general, but after reading the positive reviews here, I was incredibly disappointed by the quality of this product. I shelled out the extra cash for this brand because it had come recommended to me. I took it for a single long run, and by the time I was back home, the bladder had ripped significantly. This hydration pack is an outdoorsman's/ active adventurer's best pal!! I've borrowed my friend's pack before so I'm excited to have my own personal bag because this thing amazingly caters to so many different occasions - it's absolutely perfect for all day music events, weekend festivals, backpacking adventures, foraging, biking, runs and so so much more. It makes it a lot easier to access water so you can nourish and hydrate your body while focused on such large amounts of stimuli. I would recommend washing it before the first use.. that's what I did and I didn't seem to have any of the conflicts that others had - might be correlated, might not. ... show more
