We received the letter and pulling it out of the box two of the caps at the top came off. The letter came with instructions in Russian, I'm in the United States and I don't speak Russian and I don't think I should have to go through the hassle to translate the information. It's a safety hazard to not have usage instructions that's clearly in the language that's predominant in the country you're selling the product in. I'm also going to point out that this is a Russian company for anyone that would use this as a purchasing decision. I am going to reach out to the company to see if I can get English instructions and if I do I will update this review. I don't have a lot of confidence though in the long-term durability because as other people have mentioned in their reviews the plastic does appear to be quite brittle.

I love this ladder, I'm a single woman living in a camper this ladder is not real heavy, opens and closes easily. It folds up small enough I carry it with me all the time.

This is so portable and manageable. It’s nice not to have to transport my huge 10 ft ladder around anymore. It doesn’t feel flimsy. I read the directions to close it so I keep my fingers out of the way and haven’t pinched one yet. So small and fits inside our travel trailer without taking much room.
