This is a very sturdy cart and the easily detachable rails make it versatile. It has proven very useful in our yard. Assembly is made easier by the clearly marked hardware for each step. One tip for something not clearly detailed in the picture instructions: when attaching the tongue to the axle, I recommend you hold the tongue vertically when inserting the bolt to attach the two parts. Trying to slip the bolt through while the tongue is horizontal, the way it’s shown in the drawing, is frustrating. It’s much easier when vertical and you can wiggle it while passing the bolt through.

This is a fantastic wagon and very solid. Designed very well and still relatively light weight. Only criticism is the metal mesh bottom which can dent from heavier logs throw in the back.

The wagon is solid and heavy. I’m sure when it left the factory it was perfect but what I ended up with is far from it. First of all it was dropped off in my driveway by FedEx. Literally dropped from truck and they would not help me move it even to the side. The box was in really bad shape, dented and torn. There was some effort to tape it for reinforcement. When I opened the box the first thing I noticed there was no documentation. Ok no big deal, it’s got to be on the web site right? I searched everywhere and could not find it. Nothing under product, additional resources, or search by product name. Thankfully the distributor has great customer service and was able to get me a copy within an hour. The last issue is the existence of significant scratches everywhere. There are many choices for carts on the market, no one should something at this price so badly handled.

The poor rating does not reflect on the Gorilla trailer. We love it, as we do a couple of other Gorilla products that we regularly use. However, our crate arrived and was missing the chainsaw holder and the long tool brackets. We notified the seller, Spreetail, which refused to send the missing parts, instead asking us to exchange and to send back the entire trailer, after we already had torn apart the crate and assembled and used the trailer. I sent no fewer than three emails advising Spreetail of the problem, only to be met with this ridiculous exchange / send it back idea or a request for a serial number for the chainsaw holder and long tool brackets, which have no such numbers. We love Gorilla products, but hated our experience with Spreetail.
