  • Well built and easy to ride
Color: S180-Red Style: Classic Model
I have 4 BIG dogs and am no longer able to walk them as long as they need to be walked. An etrike, because of the stability, was the answer. This trike is well made with what seems like quality components. It was super easy to put together. It had a comfortable ride and plenty of power. I like the fact the seat has a back on it for some lumbar support although the seat bottom was a bit hard. No kidding, there is a very real possibility of blisters on your bum if you overdo it too soon! The option of an upgraded seat would be nice. Larger rearview mirrors would be nice as well. These complaints though are easily fixed though. I had such fun riding the the bike and my dogs love it! The largest dog is 100# and when he zigged as I zagged the bike hardly moved. Very good stability. Smooth riding over gravel and asphalt back roads. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it is to pedal without the power assist. It was nice to have the power assist when those darn little dogs came out to chase me. I easily left them in the dust. I think the price for this bike is exceptional when you look at many of the other offerings out there. It does NOT have a reverse gear or a parking brake if you are looking for those features. I highly reccomend this bike. ... show more

  • Great trike!
Color: S180-Black Style: Classic Model
To date, I have taken my trike out two times. It rides excellent. Very smooth. The shocks work great and it is comfortable. When I first received the trike, it was damaged during shipping. One of the rear rims were bent, the crank was bent, in the quick release for the seat post was broken. I contacted the seller, sent him some pictures of the damaged parts, and he sent out all the replacement parts immediately. Upon replacing the broken crank, I discovered that the magnet pick up for the pedal assist was broken as well. I contacted the seller again, sent him a picture of the broken part and he send me a new one immediately. Although these kinds of things happen sometimes during shipping, the seller made it very easy and painless to get me the replacement parts for to install. He contacted me directly by phone and take care of everything. I would definitely recommend this trike and is a good price compared to other trikes on the market. ... show more

  • Excellent E-Trike (Narrak S-180) for Off-Road Use but not on steep slopes (see update)
Color: S180-Blue Style: Classic Model
Assembly - The trike arrived in excellent condition. User manual print is a good size, but pictures could be larger. Still, it’s in good English and easy to follow. It took me only a day’s time to un-box, read the manual and finish assembly with provided tools. After that, I ran it with rear wheels raised off the floor, using the display selection switch (left handlebar) to help me learn to run it, simulator fashion. There are a large number of running options, but I’ll just discuss the ones most important to off-road use here. Design - 1) There are four drive options: 750 watt motor-only, manual pedals, pedal assist (PAS) in five speed ranges up to 20 MPH, plus “walking mode”. 2) “Walking mode” speed is 1.9 MPH (less on a steep grade) by my display. 3) Peddling in PAS starts the motor, or you can twist the throttle slowly to run (factory default allows either). 4) Pedals (right axel) and motor (left axel) connect on opposite sides of the differential. In PAS, if one wheel loses traction, the other wheel stays fully powered. But when using only pedals or motor, just the wheel on its own side of the axel has full power: the differential acts like a “slipping clutch” to send reduced torque to the other wheel. 5) The 4-inch wide tires are good on wet surfaces and up to 3 or 4 inches of snow. 6) I’m 83, and the trike weighs 110 lbs., but I can lift the front or back halves to move it, go up steps or get it into my truck with ramps after I lift the front wheel to the tailgate. 8) The trike is 5ft 9 inches long, so fits in my 6 ½-foot pickup bed without folding. Off-Road – 1) Lock the brake when parked. 2) Ride clear trails if possible. Debris or weeds can jam up the trike’s 7-speed derailleur near the ground. The motor drive is higher, so motor-only is OK to use, but only the left wheel will have full power. 3) To allow PAS mode and full power to both wheels, I mounted a plastic apron below the drives for protection. 4) PAS is critical in snow, and on uneven or very steep trails. 5) Speed settings are actually power levels. For very steep trails, use high PAS numbers. 6) Don’t expect fast acceleration out of this trike - it’s more like a tractor than a race car, but it runs silently: great for not disturbing nature. 7) You’ll get a good workout peddling uphill if you’re not really fit. But add the motor via PAS mode, and it’s a breeze. 8) I recommend this trike. I’ve seen no other E-trike in this price range that’s as well suited for my needs. Enjoy your rides and be safe! Update, May 20, 2025: My bike motor stalled out on me at a slope of around 15 degrees, or 25% (front wheel approximately fifteen inches above the rear wheels) Then flipped over backwards when it began backing down the hill before the brakes stopped it. It ended up resting on the back wheels and back cargo basket, with the front wheel straight up in the air. It had a fully charged battery, but the grade unexpectedly steepened before I could adjust above PAS-1 used on the previous level ground. I suggested in my original review that a higher PAS level should be used at steep grades. My bad in this case, for being in PAS-1. The situation was initiated by applying the brakes, which automatically disengaged the motor prior to full brake activation, and caused the bike to travel backward during the pause that occurred before the brakes locked. Stopping the backward momentum on the steep grade sent the front wheel straight up at this point. The bike ended up with only dented rear fenders, but I was laid up for a while. I no longer recommend the bike for off-road use due to no flip-back protection or brake that avoids reverse travel when stalling or needing to stop on a steep grade (such as approaching an obstacle, or to safely allow for trail traffic, etc). Personally, I’ll continue using the bike off-road, taking care to use higher PAS setting prior to attempting any significant slopes, and after adding an anti-flip device at the back of the bike (like many electric wheelchairs use), a mechanical brake, and by lowering the handle bars adjusted to a greater downward angle to allow lowering my body forward and lower while going up high grades. I’m keeping the high original rating for use as shipped: on pavement, for which it is advertised, and for the helpful people at Narrak. But for safety reasons, keep it off steep slopes in offroad use. It definitely isn't built for that. ... show more

  • Easy to put together
Color: S180-White Style: Classic Model
It’s a great trike, well built. I’m a 69 year old woman, the only trouble is the seat doesn’t go down enough. I would highly recommend it.

  • Great e-trike
Color: S180-Red Style: Classic Model
I am 72 and this is my first e-bike. Let's say e-trike and I love love love it. I feel very stable on it. I've had it up to 15 mph. That's plenty for me. Has baskets on the back on the front and it has two mirrors which are great it was easy to put together. It only took like 1 hour. All the instructions were very clear. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a trike I've only had it like 3 weeks. So far it's good. I have not fallen off and I don't intend to. I feel very steady on it. If anything goes wrong I will be back to revise this review. ... show more

  • It helps me get to places without a car
Color: S180-White Style: Classic Model
I’m honestly so impressed with this electric tricycle! From the moment I started riding it, I could tell it was designed with both comfort and practicality in mind. The step-thru frame makes getting on and off super easy, and the three-wheel design gives me a level of stability and confidence I didn’t realize I needed until now. The power on this thing is amazing. The 1350W peak motor handles hills way better than I expected, and the ride feels smooth even on rougher terrain thanks to the fat tires. Whether I’m cruising around the neighborhood or running errands, it never feels like it’s struggling. One of my favorite features is the removable battery. Charging is so convenient, and the battery life has been great for my daily use. Plus, the large rear basket is a game changer. I’ve used it for groceries, bags, and even just carrying random stuff around without needing a backpack. It also folds, which makes storage a lot easier than I thought it would be for something this sturdy. You really get the best of both worlds: durability and convenience. Overall, this trike feels reliable, powerful, and thoughtfully designed. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stable, and fun way to get around. Definitely a 5-star experience for me! ... show more

  • I love my trike
Color: S180-White Style: Classic Model
I love the trike. In the summer we live in an RV park, and I feed the koi, water plants, work on all the flowers and roses, so I was able to set up with all my pruners, fish and bird food (ducks), large bucket for pruning, and personal items too. It did take a little getting used to. You don’t lean into corners like a two wheel bike. Also, a learning curve for speed, etc., but the bike is awesome. Battery lasts, plenty of power, looks cool, and sturdy. Will be great this winter in Arizona! ... show more

  • Buy Local, these bikes are a headache
Color: S180-White Style: Classic Model
The one reason I’m willing to give them atleast one star is their customer service. Besides that what an awful product. I ordered two of the same bikes. They aren’t identical I’ll tell you that much. First off, right out of the box and put together, you will need a bike mechanic. So be prepared for that. After spending $1200 a piece, I need to go get them fixed. Oh, and very few people want to work on Internet Bikes. So there is that. So good luck finding a bike mechanic. Bike shops won’t touch them. My spokes are hitting my break pad. So it’s unrideable. Unless you want something broken. The other side the back wheel is wobbly. They come maxed out at 14mph. Of you want to go in a change this in your settings, make sure you pick the right number, which they don’t tell you, or you can render the bike useless. It won’t get any power to it. If I could make a suggestion, just buy from your local bike dealership. I wish I had. Atleast my bike would have came workable and they will fix it if they sold it to you. Now I paid $1200 and now have to pay a bike mechanic to fix them properly. So probably gonna break down the same price wise and you’re just getting a better product. If I didn’t throw one of the boxes away, I’d have these bikes on a fed ex right back to California, worst purchase of my life. ... show more
