For a handheld, it's powerful--I own a few NAPRE massagers, all are higher quality than you'd expect at this price. All function extremely well. All provide varying degrees of muscle and pain relief. This is no different, except it's the first one I own to have red light which seems to be all the craze right now. There are claims on it and I am skeptical, but my understanding is you need to apply red light 3-5x a week for any benefits. Even then, it doesn't melt fat, tighten skin, fix hormones, cure diseases. At best, it modestly boosts collagen production for better skin and, more importantly for this one, it can help reduce joint pain and help with muscle recovery after workouts. Apparently, the mitochondria get a tiny energy boost from the light penetrating the skin, so that should increase blood flow. Time will tell. But for the physicals benefits, yeah, it's a great massager. You can feel the head penetrate deep into muscles--pain doesn't instantly melt away, but for stiff and sore stuff, it definitely helps. There is also the heat, that's probably more beneficial than the red light--you won't feel it through thick clothes, but on bare skin, no question. I tried to grab the head to remove it when I was done and it was hot... not dangerously, but also not something I'd want to hold onto all day, so there's some heat coming out of it. If you're thinking of giving this as a gift, have no fear. It looks like a $125+ massager--the packaging and stuff mostly black with tasteful pops of orange. They clearly had a proper designer work on this, both the unbox and the actual products. I've mentioned it before, but I would keep an eye on this company--I don't think it will stay a budget option for long. These could easily be 1.5x the price and still be a bargain.

The media could not be loaded. This review is for the 3-in-1 detachable massage gun and it’s worth every penny!!! You really do get 3-in-1 but with the attachments, it’s more than that. It comes in this handy little carrying case but that’s only for the electric portion. There’s also a manual massager too. You can use this as a small mini massager and when you’re done it can actually fit in your purse or pocket. You can put on the regular handle and it’s a longer massager while giving you more reach for hard to get areas. I have severe back, hips and leg issues and this has given me more hours of relief. I get relief even before I use the heat options. This feels and works on the professional level. It’s solidly built, intentionally aimed and designed for common pain areas. I would recommend this also for some elderly persons who suffer from cramps and pain. By all means follow your doctor’s care. This can provide those frailer bodies with some soothing relief right in the comfort on their own home. I can use this on my mother who’s stiff all the time and give her a decent time span of instant relief. Be careful and read the instructions so that you’re using this properly. I have one that I keep at home and this one I’ll keep in my car. I’m considering ordering more as gifts for those in my family that suffer from back pain like I do. My only con about this is that I wished it came with an extra set of hands. Ha, ha! The 5 different massage tips are phenomenal. You have the ability to cycle through each of them to find the one that soothes you the most and for your own personal condition. It comes with the charging cord that can be used with a power adapter or you can charge in your car if you have charging ports compatible with this massager. This is a top notch massage gun. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

This massager works well. It has a good variable speed with multiple different attachments. It is easy to use and the heads change easily. It holds nicely in your hand. The attachments twist and lock into place solidly. The case is soft shelled and zippered. It holds (mostly) everything very well. I say mostly because there is an extension handle and manula massage head for it that do not have a place in the case. They say the unit is travelable but honestly it is still relatively large. There is also nothing more than a cardboard box to hold the extension handle and manual massager. The handle is a little difficult to put on as well. I would have rather they just leaned into the portability and made it even smaller with no extension. The head with heat warms quickly and has a few different settings. The red light turns on with the heat. I'm not sure what, if anything, it actually does. I know red light things are supposed to be therapeutic but I don't know enough about it to say. The price (as of writing this) had a coupon for under $60. That seems like a fantastic deal to me. The unit works well, feels good in use, has a nice case (other than the extras that don't fit), and is a very good price.
