I have been burned before by these foam mattresses that never end up being what they say they are. Not the case here. Although mine only expanded to 5" instead of 6", it is still a great deal. No smells, nice cover, very firm. Reminds me of the 10" foam mattresses Costco used to sell but doesn't anymore. For reference, I am around 150 lbs and the twin xl doesn't sink at all when I sit or sleep on it. The top inch is indeed memory foam, but this is definitely not a sleeping in clouds mattress like the Costco was. I actually prefer a firm bed as a stomach sleeper, but I agree with the above review that you could add a memory foam topper and be living in luxury for less. I used to really love that, but the older I get, the more I want firm, yet comfortable. This definitely fits that bill, and doesn't need to be limited to kids. It's also lightweight and easy to move around.

This mattress is comfortable to sit on, however I is defective in some kind of way because I'm gonna send a picture, but it never inflated completely like the way the picture is showing there's like enough room in here for another mattress to go in is buckled the phone feels fine but this is not feel like 12 inches and the cover-up sheet is just I'm gonna send a picture. I'm not happy with it at all. There's no way that I can send this back because it's it inflates when you take it out and it's been three days so I thought I'll give it time to maybe it needs a couple of days to come inflate completely but this is all I've gotten. I'm so disappointed this is for my guest room so I am hoping that Amazon will make this right some kind of way. The mattress feels good but it's not big enough and it. I don't want all that extra buckle underneath my sheets, so this is not what I anticipated. This is not the way it was shown on the picture so I'm hoping we can resolve this and have a conclusion that we can both be OK with I'll send. I'll put pictures.

Loved it at first but within the first year it was no longer firm, and my body feels it. Even with flipping it to the other side I feel my body sinking in to it, but mattresses cost too much to just get another. Disappointed I wouldn’t recommend this
