This is a cool little stove that adds interest to the room. There's lot of colored light options and flame adjustments. One thing that you should be warn of, is to make sure you put the glass in correctly. The glass lies in at a slant. If the top vent is not open and the hot air gets behind the glass and the projection screen, the projection screen will melt. Luckily it's an inexpensive part. This unit also sucks electricity. I compared my kilowatt usage from my electric oil heater ( the boiler looking heater) and this heater used 8 kilowatts per hour versus the oil heater that only used 3 kph. However, the Napoleon heater is much nicer to look at and the built in fan is great. ... show more

Returned. Not the look I was after. It may have been nice if installed inside the wall but I havec1927 plaster walls and that’s a big hole to fill if the fireplace goes bad. I need a fireplace to hang on the wall and this just didn’t look good that way.

This is pretty, this is what all the reviews say. I will never buy this product or Napaleon again. - You have to install the glass. This is incredibly difficult to do, and took me 20 minutes or so. I got it in by luck. - The plastic wrapping that you get with this product was screwed to it. I had to undo multiple screws to get it unpackaged. - There is a very large paper template for attaching it to a wall. This template is not accurate. - The instructions are ok, but in some parts, as others have stated are unclear. - While there is a remote, if I want it to set to a certain temp, I can, but it only has seven preset temperature settings. The temp is on the side. So you have to get up, and look at the side, while setting a preset temp, or remember what it is. I wish it was on the front. This defeats the purpose of the remote. - 10/13/2024Changing my 1 star review to 2 stars, the heat on this thing is amazing. Though for some reason, my fire TV remote interferes with the operation of this appliance. I had an electric heater from walmart where the temp was on the front, and to me that is much better. I will never buy this product again. If I could I would sent it back. ... show more
