Mattresses are pretty subjective but I hope this is useful info. It came well packaged, air tight and comes with an easy cutting tool to open it, see pic. The box isn't very big, approx 3 feet long and 1 foot wide and 1 foot deep. Starts filling up with air naturally right away, looked fully expanded within 10mins. I got the 12 inch queen, which is a good safe choice as it feels firm but pretty plush. I'd worry anything thicker wouldn't be firm enough for my back. The lavender smell is nice, and the cooling gel really feels cool. I live in Texas so the cooling feature is really useful. With fitted sheets the lavendar smell wasn't very strong. Our family already has several other mattressess to compare this too, a Lucid foam mattress (similar price), a Beautyrest Platinum Plush Pillow Top hybrid coil mattress ($2k) and Winslow Gold ($1k mattress just for guest room). This one feels much better than the Lucid mattress and setup much quicker but still seemed to take 2 days to firm up completely. Its as comfortable as the Beautyrest but doesn't have the springiness since no coils. I slept pretty deeply and comfortably on it, impressed as the cooling feature seems to really work.

As a connoisseur of any and all things sleep related, I decided that it was necessary to make a major sleep/mattress overhaul. I've been sleeping on the same servicable mattresses year after year and thought that it was way past time that I made a sleep hygiene change for the better. Cue Nap&Sleep Lavender Infused/Cold Touch Cover Memory Foam Mattress. The moment my achy body hit the mattress, I knew I was going to wake up a brand new man. The firmness is on point, the bed stays a consistent and cool temperature, and the quality and construction of the mattress is second to none. There was little introductory/chemical smells that can sometimes accompany a new mattress; it was ready to sleep on basically immediately. This mattress operates in the sweet spot between firm, but still soft. The mattress doesn't move around on the frame either. I wake up each and every day refreshed and ready to tackle the days challenges. I'm a little angry at myself that I waited so long to make this change and am beyond thankful that I found this quality mattress. As cliche as it absolutely is, if you are going to spend 1/3rd of your life sleeping, it's crazy to do so on anything other than this mattress.

I received my Nap&Sleep Queen 12" Mattress last week and I am extremely happy with it. Living here in Florida where it is so hot, the cooling aspect of this mattress is such a huge benefit. I was worried after reading reviews on other memory foam mattresses that it would arrive with a strong odor, but with the lavender layer it smelled amazing! I am a very active 23-year-old and have always had trouble sleeping through the night, but that has changed with the Nap&Sleep mattress it is so comfortable, yet firm enough which I prefer that I am sleeping through the night and wake up totally refreshed. I have told all of my friends about this mattress, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality mattress!

I needed a new mattress after experiencing neck pain and tossing and turning throughout the night. I wanted something more firm than the previous mattress I had. This one arrived very quickly. It's the perfect level of firmness. After airing out for a few hours, it fluffed up nicely and the lavender was very pleasant and not overwhelming. I've been sleeping on it for about a week now. It's hard to say if it's the lavender, the comfortable firmness, or the cooling part (I'm not sure what that is, but I'm a rather hot sleeper and haven't gotten sweaty in the middle of Tennessee summers yet), but I'm very happy with this mattress.

This mattress exceeded my expectations and smells AMAZING, just like the soft scented lavender fields of Maui, Hawaii. The product came packed securely, and I was provided with a special tool to unbox the product as to prevent accidental damage. Once unboxed the product fluffed up quickly and was ready to sleep on. The unique combination of soft support with the lovely scent of lavender made the sleep I got tranquil and soothing. Highly recommended!

I thought I was just going to have to live with being a sweaty sleeper. The memory foam is supportive in all the right places and the lavender scent is very relaxing.
