We looked at a lot of different options for a pull out couch for our playroom and saw very mixed reviews for everything, but we decided to just pull the trigger on this one. Based on prior reviews, it's exactly what we expected. It is functional and was very easy to assemble. It also looks very nice. It is very firm like most people mentioned, but we don't mind the firmness. It is comfortable enough for what we need it for. We will also be getting a mattress topper for if it is ever used as a bed like most others have. All in all though, it is a great little pull out couch for the price.

*Update* it's 900$ to ship back to the seller in order to receive your refund for the couch. THEY DONT PAY FOR SHIPPING IT BACK, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT. It costs literally hundreds more dollars than the refund in shipping. All I did was open the box realize it was not what I expected it to be. I taped the box back up and applied for the refund the same hour I received it. I got approved instantly only to find out that I was responsible for the shipping to get it to them in order to receive the refund. Again I do NOT recommend buying this couch at all!! I'm so deeply disappointed. Now I have a brand new couch I can't use to figure out what to do with. I received this couch very quickly but it looks nothing at all like the picture. The cushions are so much smaller the entire couch is tiny. The seat is very shallow and the chaise part is extremely short. Sitting with my back to the cushions on the back of the couch my feet hung over a lot. When we pulled out the part that turns it into a bed, it was way taller than the couch! I decided to return it and just get my money back but they have you pay return shipping so it's a loose loose no matter what you are out time and money. If you want to buy a cute couch for a kids playhouse it would be amazing. Apart from that I would not recommend ordering. Especially if you think you can just return it if you don't like it it's way too expensive to ship. At that point you may as well just give it to someone you don't like.

I was able to put this couch together by myself. It's not as deep as I thought it would be, but I have a small living room and it works for the short amount of time I spend on it. I had to replace a couple screws out of the box, but other than that, I managed to assemble pretty easily.

While the color isn't quite as bright as the picture, it is very close and not enough of a difference to take a star away. It is very firm when you first get it. It is a little on the heavy side, but I managed it alone. It was very easy to put together. It is perfect for a studio apartment, I'm using it as my bed and couch for now. I love that I can easily switch it between the two and have storage for my bedding. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase.

I thought I would sleep on it until my bed gets moved to my new place, but it is horribly uncomfortable. It’s 4:52am. I’ve given up on sleep and I’m now writing this bad review. It’s a cheap couch. Looks better than it functions. Fairly easy to put together. I did it by myself, it just took a few more tries to line up the locking thingies. It’s just a smidge smaller than what I expected, but I’m not disappointed by the size. It holds my weight well and looks alright! However… It’s hard as a rock, but also rather lumpy. It’s as if I’m trying to lay on a park bench with a blanket bunched up underneath me.

I love the couch color. Material. And the concept. The depth for seating is a little shallow compared to the amazingly comfy back cushions I definitely wish it was a few inches deeper to lean back and relax. I also love the concept of the pull out for lounging or company but the seat area/pull out definitely needs another layer of foam. Stuffing something a bit more cushioning for the purpose it was built. If the whole thing was as comfortable as the back cushions it would be an amazing couch. The storage is great and it’s very durable and well put together with smooth access to the pull out and honestly the actual pull out area itself is more comfortable. I personally think it’s just the stabilizing boards between the couch and chaise piece and the couch and pull out and then again with the pull out connection to the chaise. I think this could be easily solved with just a bit more cushion so you don’t feel all the hard spots where all the pieces connect. Which obviously would be ideal.. I think even the narrow seating wouldn’t feel as narrow if you sunk a little further into a cushion. Overall very well made couch. Especially for the price. If whoever makes these happens to read this I do hope you give it those couple boosters. I would definitely purchase a updated version with a bit more cushion on the lounge and seat area. Or would have paid the extra $100 for the extra comfort to have the improvements mentioned.

This came promptly. I am 70 years old and I put it together in less than an hour. The cushions are a bit firm, but I think in time it will break in. It looks beautiful. I absolutely love it. Definitely a good choice. I would buy again and or recommend it !!!

If you choose to put the chaise on the right side you will have to unscrew the clips on the left side and flip them around and re screw them. Not as easy as it sounds as screws are in very tight and already stripped. Unhappy that the back of the couch isn’t fully covered with couch material. We have a space where it need to be open and not against a wall and it looks cheaply made due to that fact. There should be full around pictures as if we saw the back we would not have purchased.
