If your scooter breaks, and it will eventually, eccpesially if you fall on it, it's very hard to get parts from them. I love the scooter, but I won't recommend this company because of this issue with customer support. The bars are stable and don’t wiggle that would be the steem, the screen. A very disappointing low tech cheap, no class black, an white screen there were having, power issues with. The nice screen that you saw in ads and, most likely wanted and it has to do with the low er quality and, grade battery 52v instead of the 60v, everyone wanted. It would be on paw with Daultron and,Kaabo King, and, lastly Vsett. All of which are 60v the battery are on another level, $4-500 difference but back to N6. I will say this it is in a class of it’s own for performance not the long not very good detailed shipping but,the seat online there want you to pay $200 for a $40 set ail express or eBay cheaper $50-80 u can buy the screen from them but that is weird that you have too which woul mean the the power issues are real and nanrobot does not want Liability’s a lot of negativity on this end but when dealing with China that is too be expected your only allowed too be so happy, there’s also the red fenders which is a cheap plastic and not to forget the folding mechanism nanrobot decided to put the clip to it we’re your foot and arch needs to go then the cheap handle grip it’s not that great so for cons there’s foot rest, handle bar, plastic fenders, the f-ing screen, and the cheap tubed tires no reason not to be tubeless like all the other scooter which are Maintenance, free it’s not like the Commercials where are you taking this thing to the Mojave desert to drive this thing no you’re driving it in your Metro area like everyone else it is an incredible looking scooter the ride feels great the ads is on another level so is it worth it it all depends on the user and again on the F-ing screen that has cool colours. Two star for the craziest awesome performance it would have been 4 stars if it had good grip tubeless tires and aluminium or light metal fenders. It's fast, sturdy, well built and adorned with beautiful lights .. for the price, it can't be beat! Only a few areas of improvement in my opinion: an iPhone app to control the lights, a GPS locator via iPhone app (I placed a hidden AirTag on mine instead), NFC card reader to unlock bike instead of key, automatically lock/unlock scooter based on distance of iPhone from scooter... basically, integrate the thing with iPhone. If they could do that, this thing would be a perfect 5 stars!! Overall, I am very very impressed. I am a officially a Nanrobot fan! ... show more
