We have been using these scanners for a while and the last 3 we purchased in recent months have lasted less than 2 months each. While they are economically priced, I cannot continue to be down every month or two while I wait for a replacement. The last one went down just over 30 days after delivery and is not even eligible for return/refund. Will be searching for a new scanner. ... show more
