I purchased this laptop to replace my HP that had a broken screen. The Naclud is first rate (without some of the bells & whistles that I rarely use like a built-in camera). The setup was easy and that is saying a lot as I am not very tech savvy. The unit is lightweight, sturdy and does not get overly warm while operating. The screen is clear and I was able to transfer and use all of the data from my old laptop. I bought this laptop as an upgrade for my wife, replacing her old Windows 10 Acer, and it’s been a fantastic choice at a good price. While it took her a bit of time to adjust to the Windows 11 interface, she’s now very pleased with the updated layout and features. My favorite thing about this laptop is how big and how clear the screen is . Audio quality is also really good too. The setup took about 10-15 mins which was not bad and overall the laptop quality seems durable. Not one to break easily or get scratches.
