Moderately comfortable to sit on, but the two big pieces are constantly moving and you have to sit in the middl3, otherwise you may sink too much. They also slip quite a bit on wood floors. Probably worth half the price. It ships in a much smaller box than you’d think though.

I was in college in the 90's, and we all had that foam flip-out chair that was used for ... things. This is like, the sophisticated, grown up version of that and well worth it! First, it's actually chair sized. It's not a hardship to get on or off. It's firm, so supportive to sit on and doesn't sink down or deform. The fabric cover is soft and removeable for washing. And you can unstack it to use as a bed - it's great! Two issues I have with it: first, it is not attached. The bottom piece is not attached to the top, so if you use it as a bed, you'll want a topper or something to help hold the pieces together. Second, the package it came in - holy smokes. This chair is like, 30" x 30" x 18" tall (estimating), and it came packed into a 15"x15"x15" canvas cube that was zippered closed. I don't know what witchcraft they used to package that, but I literally had to cut open the canvas bag because it wouldn't unzip. The pressure from the chair trying to poof up made it impossible to unzip. Just grab your box cutter (VERY CAREFULLY) right from the get to open it. ... show more
