Can I select 6 stars? I’m a big fan of Nemo Rhino products. They’re purpose built, well made and working hard to compete with established brand names by offering great design, features, function and colors. I live the look of this hydration pack - the color is a deep blue/purple with black accents. The back pack is well padded and keeps the hydration bladder away from your skin and cool. The pockets are well designed with two open and easy to reach pockets in the front for phone and snacks, maybe a GoPro. A zipped pocket in the back for phone or keys. A main pocket that houses the hydration bladder. The shoulder straps are easy to adjust and have solid clasps. I like the double chest straps that are a trademark for Nevi Rhino back-pack gear. I have three of them and use each for its purpose. Note that this pack is specific to hydration. You can fit a small amount of items in the main section, such as a sandwich and a few snacks, but don’t expect this to replace your backpack. This is purpose built for hydration and slim, light weight function. The hydration flask is really excellent. It features an easy to attach and easy to remove and clean snap in stem system. The flask is heavy duty, with a wide mouth for quick fill and easy to clean. The mouth piece is excellent, featuring a dual draw system - squeeze/bite and draw, along with a cover and angled design for convenience of placement. I attached a picture of me in one of my other Nevi Rhino packs. It’s not this one, but it’s a similar size and fit that I use for ski and bike rides when I want a bit more storage.

I think this is an improvement over the earlier design, which I have. The main difference between this one and the old one is that the fluid bladder is fully insulated in the pocket. The perfect size and weight for most outdoor activities. Construction is all very high quality materials with excellent stitching and reinforcement in all the critical areas. Weight is important for an outdoor activity vest and this is a feather weight even with a full water bladder. Strapping to keep it placed on your body is also well thought out and even when jogging, the vest will not flop around. The water bladder is what you expect in an activity vest and made of a durable silicone that can stand vigorous sloshing and ice cubes. You fill the bladder by sliding off a clip, which fully opens the whole width of the bladder. That makes it easy to put ice cubes in it along with water from a jug. The drink tube is about the only thing you won't love. It's a relatively stiff PVC tube. It works but it's just not as pliable as the silicone tubes. The water bladder is insulated and sits right up against your back. Another nice feature is this thing has a pocket or a pouch everywhere they could have put one. It is very comfortable with padding in the right places and a lot of adjustability in the body straps so you can easily find that sweet spot. So, all in all, this is worth having in your activity support stash. This is not cheap, but it is very affordable and a pretty good value for a quality, durable, feature packed water backpack.

With hiking and biking season in full swing, this hydration backpack has been such a convenient upgrade to my outdoor gear. Not having to carry a water bottle in my hands anymore makes a huge difference—especially on longer trails or bike rides where you want to stay focused and keep your hands free. The pack itself is lightweight but still feels durable, and the 1.5L bladder holds just the right amount of water for a good stretch outside. The drinking tube is easy to use on the go, so I can take a sip without stopping or slowing down. That alone has made my hikes and rides feel smoother and more enjoyable. I also like how comfortable it is to wear. It sits nicely on my back without bouncing around, and the adjustable straps help keep everything snug whether I’m walking a trail or riding over rough terrain. There’s just enough space for a few essentials too, which is a nice bonus. Overall, this has been a super practical and convenient piece of gear for the season. I am constantly impressed with NEVO RHINO products and this hydration backpack doesn’t upset. The design is well thought out even down to the bladder itself with the sliding bar that gives a tight seal, and it clips in to hold the bag up instead of using an annoying cap. The drinking tube comes with 2 extra seals in case they need to be replaced, and the tube can be detached from the bag for easy cleaning. There’s 2 extra pouches on the shoulder straps where extra NEVO bladders can go. The center outer pouch can be used to carry readily accessible items, and the inner center pouch has a roomy interior with a zipper to keep one’s items secure. The material dries quickly too as I accidentally poured some water on it, and within minutes the pack was dry. Great pack overall for hiking or a day out and about.

Nice hydration backpack with enough room in the front straps to put my phone on one side and my wallet in the other. The water bladder is pretty standard but works well and didn't have any leaks. There’s also another storage compartment on the back side next to where the water goes. I really like the mesh straps and the overall lightweight of the pack. It will serve me well when the summer heat is here.
