This is my second DTF machine I’ve purchased I like it so far! Shipping was fast came within 5 days but wasn’t here to receive it so that was my fault on my end. So, had to wait next delivery day to sign for it. Setup was easy to do, there’s videos and a hand out that they give you. It’s also on the drive in PDF so you can make the images bigger to see. Only issue I ran into was not getting the white layer to print. I connected with support and they were very helpful. Jack was my engineer and he remotely fixed my issues in under 2hrs. He answered the questions I had and my images were coming out vibrant and good quality! It’s definitely worth the money based on what I’ve spent before.

We have had several dtf printers and I can say by far this printer has the most vibrant colors of any we have seen. UPs damaged our printer in shipping and MZK had shipped us immediately new parts. The software is a little tricky, but Jack in tech support actually set it up for us. We love this printer, and we adore Jack he is there if you need him, and he doesn't quit until everything is running right.

Bought this printer, it was our 3rd dtf printer, and this customer service is beyond amazing. We got it set up, little trouble with software but once the customer service was in everything was smooth sailing. Even when I had troubles a few days later they helped me get the problem fixed and made sure my prints were up to a amazing standard before exiting the chat. Am so happy I wish we would have bought this printer first before the others. Jack was my customer service rep for both installation of software and the printing problem. The first time he worked with me for maybe 2hours to get it good to go. The second time worked with me for about a hour. I couldn't be more thankful for this amazing customer service that came with buying this printer!!!

The media could not be loaded. First thing I was impressed with fast shipping. This printer was ordered on March 5th and arrived on the 10th. Very impressive considering it shipped from China. Once it arrived I had some questions regarding setup. Their tech support is top notch. Quick response and extremely helpful. Even with a 13 hour time difference, I was receiving assistance for about one hour 6AM CDT. This is not our first DTF printer, and I must say it is a great printer. Many functions such as head cleaning and nozzle check can be done right at the unit on the touch screen. By the way, it prints about twice as fast as printers with the 1390 printhead. The software that comes with the printer is seems to be very good. I have a lot to learn to become totally familiar with it. We have used Cadlink RIP software with our other printers, so there is a learning curve. This printer has a two year warranty (printhead 3 months) which is better than our other printers which only had a one year warranty. I highly recommend this printer. I want to give a big thank you to Jack at MZK for his help.

THANK YOU JACK!”🤭💃🏾😘 Not My First DTF Machine but the Setup and software is totally Different However, the Actual Printer Setup was a breeze and easy. WOW! the Tech Guy Jack got me going and was very patient in answering my questions. He was also very pleasant and patient which help removed my frustrations. Oh by the way it’s a Sunday evening and the tech support jumped right in to help! Absolutely amazing After Sale Support from this Company. Oh and the Prints are so Bold and Vivid. I mean absolutely beautiful. I’ve Owned 3 Other Brands and This by Far is the Best.

Jack is the man! He took over for me and got it up and running super quick! It prints with vivid colors and so quick! The only downfall is the time difference between us I had to stay after work for over an hour plus. Jack made it all better tho!! Great job!
