Haven't had it long, but I'm very happy with this printer. The printer was delivered from China by UPS in less than a week. Ink, film, and powder shipped from CA, delivery took longer than estimated, but that's typical for FedEx in my area. Got the software installed with no problems, and once the ink and film finally arrived finishing the setup was straightforward. I did not need assistance from the tech support team to get this set up and running, but have contacted them since with a few questions and happy with the response time. The included rip software is pretty basic, I may upgrade to something better later. I'm designing in Photoshop, then bringing the files into Riin to print, which has worked smoothly. This is my first DTF printer, but I've been doing sublimation, large format printing, screen printing for many years so transitioning to DTF has been pretty simple. The prints are beautiful and vibrant-still doing wash tests so longitivity is unknown but shirts are holding up well so far. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’m very happy with the graphic print quality. The graphics have been held up well. The printer its self is durable and has had no issues this far. The value of the printer seems worth it especially if you’re spending the time making products to sell. I have not had paper jam issues or clogging issues. It is a learning process for new starters as it was for me having never used any type of equipment like it. I enjoy making my shirts in honor of my late cousin and it has helped me through my grieving process. ... show more

I am very happy with this DTF printer purchase. After using an L1800 for 2 years, I decided it was time to add another printer to my growing business. This MZK printer is such an upgrade. Prints are vibrant with a faster print time. A 13x13 inch print takes approximately 10 minutes to print compared to the almost 20 minutes with the L1800. The software is easy to use. Jack from customer service is phenomenal. He worked with me on the software setup and made sure I was happy with my prints after setup was complete. This printer is awesome!! I had the L1800 and the xp600 printer from MZK is definitely in a class all its own. From easy maintenance, print speed, the vibrancy of the prints produced and the customer service. I had the honor of working with Jack, he remotely helped me with the installation process also answered all of my questions. He checks in with me to make sure I'm not having issues with learning the software.
