This printers is very easy to use. It was a learning curve in the beginning because it’s my first dtf printer. But customer service walked me through exactly what to do. I pretty much got the hang of it now and anytime I need help customer service is always there. Would definitely buy this printer again. The only downside is that it’s a little slow but this may be a dtf printer feature. I’m not sure because this is my first one.

After researching and reading reviews, we decided to purchase this printer. FAST shipping! What can we say, the Tech Support is awesome! We are new to this process. We purchased the bundle which included the laptop. Jack help set up the software and had the printer running in no time!!! It would be helpful if more information about the software was provided as we do have questions about the steps. Overall, would recommend this printer. Great customer support!
