This tarp is worth the money. Very sturdy, keeps stuff dry. Probably not waterproof, but definitely repels water nicely. The grommets are stitched in very securely, the stitching all around is done extremely precise.

3.5 ⭐️ I like this product BUT the product doesn't live up to its water proof/resistant claims. I purchased theses to cover a pergola from the elements. The description said water resistant/proof and showed uses of cover things to keep them dry... Well, they are neither water resistant nor water proof, so I had to buy a gallon of water proofing to get the desired result the product description insinuated. They are a good, thick gauge and are true to dimensions, but don't buy if you are expecting water resistant or waterproof. You will need to buy a gallon of waterproofing to get those results.

I am using this for a cover for my kids sandbox and wrapped this around a wood frame. The sprinklers leave a pool of water that I need to dump off in the morning. It is holding a couple cups of water and none leaks through even though its been sitting for about an hour. Really great tarp. Exactly what I needed! Great price too!

These tarps are great. I bought the earthy-colored brown ones to hang on my chain-link fence, thus to keep the local clowns from staring into my back yard. The tarps are made of thick, heavy-duty canvas and the grommets are sturdy. I tied them to my chain link with galvanized wire, and so far the tarps (and the wire) have stood up well in spite of the crazy strong winds that we have in the high desert. I love the feeling of privacy I now have in my back yard. I strongly recommend these tarps as they are strong and well-made of high-quality fabric, and you can't see through them. Mytee fine!
