I can’t say enough good things about this cooler. We snowbird and it takes us two days to get to Florida and it keeps the frozen meat and fish frozen. Unbelievable! Camped for 3 days. I put frozen juice jugs in to keep food cold. It worked great. Every thing stayed cold on hot days in shade. When I got back home some of the juice jugs still had ice. Love it. Going to get a different one for beverages

I have used several other brands. The summer heat is difficult for coolers to hold ice and temperature. Yeti’s reputation is well known, and I found that it lives up to that reputation. Not inexpensive, however, it stays cold for many days. The important factors are that you must pre-cool any cooler before filling. Eliminate any open air space as much as possible.
