The media could not be loaded. I bought this fireplace back in 2021 during a prime sale. It came packaged well and worked perfectly until month 5 hit. All of a sudden it began making a loud thumping sound. I contacted the seller and they claim it was a motor problem. Installed the new motor and the fireplace worked fine for about 1 week. I partially took the back off by removing multiple screws, took everything out of the fireplace but the sound continued. It’s a shame this fireplace didn’t work out as I built a build out specifically for the dimensions of this fireplace. Not sure what I will do. {UPDATE} Finally! After 1 year of complaining about the broken fireplace we finally received a replacement. Customer service is very responsive. ... show more

This is a beautiful fireplace. Very happy with the blue flames. Luckily you don't have to put the ceramic logs in unless you want to. I thought they looked like ugly charcoal briquettes so I didn't put them in. Having fits with the remote though. Haven't quite figured out how it works. Sometimes it does what I want and sometimes it doesn't. I thought maybe it was the battery. Extremely difficult to get the battery out, but I did it and now I know what to do next time. Not sure new battery is making much difference with remote. I think there's a secret to it. Push the button and if the fireplace lights up and makes a noise then you can go ahead and push the button you want. But I know settings I want for most of the time and it keeps that setting so now I'm good. ... show more

The fireplace is beautiful! I will say however we had so many issues with the glass. The first glass came in damaged. So we asked to get a replacement. They are quick and nice, however, the second glass was also damaged! So we asked for another glass. The third glass was also damaged. Product damaged out of the box. The left bracket on the glass was bent, causing the glass to tilt to the right when mounted. Also the flames are not working, so I'm assuming the motor was damaged at some point during delivery. Will update further when the fireplace is exchanged. Update 5/29/21-Requested a return from the manufacturer, explained the damage to the item. I then recieved an email from customer service asking me to bend the metal bracket back into place, and to remove the backing of the fireplace and rotate the spark bar. Neither worked. I emailed back detailing this and requested a refund or an exchange. I genuinely like this fireplace and I think it would be perfect if it was operational. It has been 24 hours and still no response. I will give it one more day then I will be filing a claim. Update #2 6/3/21- After a few emails back and forth, the company sent me a new fireplace free of charge. This one was perfect, no dings, bends, all the lights and heater worked. Fireplace is beautiful, thank you to the customer support who addressed my issue quickly. 10/10 ... show more

My wife and I just put our new fireplace in the wall and we absolutely love it. We had some issues with our first fireplace, but Joseph and his team worked with us on getting it replaced. Joseph again gave us the best customer service. We quickly got the new fireplace and was able to easily uninstall the old one and install the new one. Perfect as cold weather is approaching. This is a great looking fireplace. I’m pretty happy with my purchase. I wish I could have given 4.5 stars because my only complaint with this is there should be twice the amount of “wood” that goes into the fireplace. Other than that, I highly recommend.
