Very good customer service
Color: White-blackout
Size: custom-size
I took the measurements, etc. and placed the order. About 24 hours later I received an email from the company that they wanted to check on my measurements as the width didn't make sense and they wanted to get it right. After a couple of emails we adjusted the size a bit and as my window with the frame was a few inches longer than the logest size they had listed they even said they would make to the actual correct size (I knew when I was ordering that it would have been a little short and that didn't bother me but again they offered to make it to the correct size). Very pleasant experience in dealing with the company. The product showed up on time and was as they described.

Good product

While it takes a bit of guessing to install, this is a good product that does the job. Hopefully it will soon included better installation instructions.
