When I sit for too long, my back gets a little stiff. I got this massager to alleviate it. The heat really helps make my back feel better while the massage is happening. Overall, It does a fine job but I feel like the padding is a little weak and thin. It should be a little thicker and provide some more support.

Sleek compact and modern. Rotating knobs at the lower back area and you can vary the intensity and heat level. Fits most office chairs and even arm chair. If you live in an apartment without space for an actual massage chair this works really great and after a long day at work this massager is something I look forward to after shower and before bedtime.

Really enjoying this massager so far after a couple weeks of use! I get occasional back pain as I stand for work a lot and this honestly has been pretty helpful at the end of the day. The rolling massage feature is powerful yet soothing, and it effectively targets my back muscles, relieving tension and knots. The heat function is a wonderful bonus – it adds a layer of comfort and helps further relax my muscles. The warmth is just the right level, not too hot but enough to enhance the overall experience. While the Foldable Back Massager has a sleek and compact design, making it easy to store and portable for travel, it falls short in delivering a satisfying massage experience. The pressure is too light and doesn’t provide the deep tissue relief I was hoping for. Additionally, to feel any noticeable pressure, I had to take off my t-shirt, which felt inconvenient. On the plus side, its modern design is aesthetically pleasing, but the performance didn’t meet my expectations. If you’re looking for a light massage, it might work, but it’s not suitable for those seeking stronger relief.

Oh I really enjoyed using this! I do like that I can control the heat, the strength and the speed of the massage, as well as be able to localize certain spots. When I first turned on the power, it was already set to "full" massage and let me tell you it was SO good, I ran through it 3 times. The fabric is soft to the touch and appears easily cleanable. This is worth the cost if you enjoy pampering yourself at home. All of that being said, there are a couple things I'd like to see improved: If there were a way to have the mat rolled instead of folded-- Upon arrival, the mat is folded and velcro shut with two large straps. Great for shipping purposes, but lousy when it takes several days to flatten out the back area somehow so it doesn't just curve inwards during the massage, and either digging into your back/neck area, or pushing my entire body forward rendering the pressure of the nodules useless. OR, making me have to push my body backwards to try to keep the mat aligned, which renders the entire massage process useless since I'm straining as hard as I can. Perhaps it being rolled may make it easier when first packing out. If the machine were cordless/rechargeable-- This one is a no brainer. I will compliment the manufacturer on how long the cord itself is, and I was very lucky that my wall socket was on the same side as were the cord comes out from its sewn-in pouch...however wouldn't it be wonderful to be able to set one of these babies up wherever I wish??

The Mynt FSA HSA Eligible Foldable Back Massager, is a decent chair massager with soothing heat. I like that it is a compact and flexible massage chair pad. You can easily take it anywhere or on a road trip. It is easy to use and provides decent amount of pain relief.

Feels like a thin piece of cardboard or plastic supporting the mechanics. The padding of the unit is also very thin. Works, but is not very comfortable or relaxing. This was the only chair massage unit available on HSA/FSA at my time of purchase. Wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a sturdy, quality massage chair pad.
