Very bad. The product came deffective - I kept receiving a disk error and when I tried to connect to a computer to see if I could figure out what was wrong, the device wasn't recognized. I followed troubleshooting steps and failed. I returned and asked for a replacement. After 10 days of additional wait, the replacement arrived and had exactly the same issue. This time I just asked for a refund. If this happened twice in the same order - and the second attempt passed quality controls which you'd figure are more stringent for a second product that has to replace one already denounced as deffective - my guess is this happens in a great percentage of shipped products. ... show more

I purchased two of these MP3 players for my two daughters so they could listen to music while they race their four wheelers. These were perfect. Shipping was super quick and product came just like described. Would definitely recommend for a cheap, quick solution.

These are some of the cheapest MP3 Players on Amazon and they work fine. I didn't know you NEEDED an SD card, but after a quick message to the seller and a SUPER QUICK response back in regards to needing an SD Card to make them work, we're back on track. Our MP3 players are on 24-7 providing underwater music for the four pools in our spa. We use them more than anyone and they work flawlessly. After using it for a couple of weeks I think I figured it out. On the negative side the screen display does not turn off while using so battery power lasts for maybe 90 minutes. Using the keypad takes time to get use to. Will not play music while it's charging.Scrolling through songs is a little not of a head ache. On the positive side it holds a lot of songs. Song are easy and quick to transfer to it. Small and light but won't break of you drop it. Don't expect an iPod. It a cheap but reliable device to store music which is why I got it. Not going to lie, we were skeptical how the quality would be because of the price. However, it exceeding our expectations. Our 8 year old son loved it, it was simple to use and install things on, and it's durability has kept up with his busy life. His cousins were "jealous" that he had one and when I told them how much it cost my sister took a look at it herself and decided she'd be purchasing one for each of her 5 kids! That should speak for itself. This item is lightweight, comes with earbuds and a nice box. The instruction manual wasn't even needed, that's how easy it was to figure out!
