    • Best design for the money
Take a close look at all the other bike racks and you will see that they take the lazy (aka cheap) way out in their design; the tubes overlap with a through bolt. This rack has a much higher end design. The tubes are cut to intersect one another with threads added on the ends of the intersecting tubes; a much more difficult to manufacture design. This design creates a much cleaner and high quality appearance. My only complain is that the provided fasteners are socket head cap screws zinc plated, so they standoff the frame really tall and shine compared to the dark frame. Shame they did not go the extra mile and use black fasteners with a low profile head; same cost but a much better design aesthetic. Only one small note is that using this rack indoors would require the addition of anti-slip / anti-scratch pads as the racks moves really easily across a smooth floor. ... show more

    • Missing hardware. Complicated customer support
Arrived in undamaged package but missing hardware and instructions. Goes together simply so instructions were no loss. I would rate higher for easy asemby if it came with all the parys. Missing parts and a complex and time consuming customer support process meant it was more reasonable to spend $20 on parts at local hardware. Not as sturdy as I expected. Will buy different product when this becomes too annoying. ... show more

    • Great rack for the price
The bike rack arrived quickly. The construction is good, however, it was missing one screw. I got in touch with the company and they swiftly sent a replacement.

    • Exactly what I wanted
There are more robust bike racks out there, but this is a great bang-for-your-buck, by comparison. Went together solid and secured it outside my building to the ground. Unfortunately, two bikes have been stolen off of it, BUT! it is completely unscathed. I recommend U-locks, people.

Just the right size for our kids, their friends, and our bikes. Didn't take up alot of room, and easy to put together.

This is a decent rack. Very very easy to assemble - I asked my 10 year old to do it. Holds 4 bikes comfortably.
