    • Falulty Product Expensive to Return
The zipper of the cushion was broken. To return it you needed authorization from the seller. Once the return was approved, you had to "mail" it back to the seller and pay the postage. The cushion is heavy and to return by by mail at the buyers cost is a poor customer service. I will not buy this product again. ... show more
