Here are some noted features, not specifically good or bad: - The cubbies do not have solid walls. Just the top and bottom of the cubbies are solid. The side walls are fabric. This affected our cat a bit because on his old cat tree he was able to just throw his body anywhere on the tree and climb up the sides like Spider-Man. With this tree, he has to go up using the intended ledges. He has already adjusted to this. -The material is not carpet. It's fabric. For us, this is a benefit. I do believe it will be far easier to remove fur. -The two top tier beds are very close together. It seemed very awkward for our cat to go in between them to get to a top level. So, per the photos, we removed the two poles holding up the shorter top tier. We put the smaller bed directly on the platform and screwed it in. We only have one cat, so they're is no fight for the top tier. - The focus of this cat tree seems to be height. If you have an athletic cat, definitely use the wall strap. -The round hammock is sturdy and good size.. Our cat is slightly under 11 lb and he has plenty of room in the hammock. (We bought a prior cat tree and the hammock was useless.) - The tree was easy to put together. The instructions made sense. There were no hardware issues. ... show more

Product is actually sized as advertised. Size is fitting for grown cats, not like most cat trees that are sized for kittens. I'd even say that this cat tree is an appropriate size for breeds like Main Coon. The quality is fantastic. Does not smell of chemicals. Carpet is not fraying. Scratching "rope/twine" is not falling apart. Product design and weight allows for a good amount of rough play with no risk of falling over. Instructions are clear and well written. Has a band to secure structure to wall to limit risk of falling over. Product comes with a set of white gloves for assembly as well as a few spare bolts, a spare puff ball, and an allen wrench. ... show more

The instructions were very straightforward when we assembled this cat tree. It took us about an hour to put together if I remember correctly. My cats love it- I have two. The big one (and I mean big) sleeps in the big platform on top, and my smaller one in the smaller platform lol! They don't play with the dangly balls, but your cats may like them. My cats race up this tree like it's Mt. Everest! It's VERY sturdy, but also comes with straps to anchor it to the wall if you're worried about it toppling over, or if you have adventurous toddlers. My cats are avid scratchers and have scratched straight through the rope and have put a hole in the post on the bottom left of the tree, but they do that with every tree. You could easily get new rope to cover the post if you have this experience before a hole appears, but eh, I'm lazy so I didn't. The bottom line is that this tree was very affordable for its size and so very well made. It's so sturdy, and my cats love it. My big cat is like 20lbs- and no, he's not fat, he just has a very large build. It's a fantastic size to support him, he fits in the cubbies well. I recommend this tree, especially if you have a big cat like me! ... show more

"I present to you, the Stack-o-Cat!" But seriously, good cat tower and very happy kitties. One of the easiest towers I've ever assembled. 4.3/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ My thoughts; things I consider... Stability: I do not brace things. Bureaus, cat condos...ya, I'm horrible. (I don't have little kids at home anymore, so don't come at me, lol!) That being said, this unit and taller models I've had...it's been fine. This model has a wide base and isn't extra tall. They'll πŸˆβ¬›οΈπŸˆβ¬›οΈ be fine, minimal wobbling. πŸ™‚ I have found with any tower that has a hammock, we just aren't confident with the stability. Easy enough fix though. πŸ’‘You can see in the pic I have it swung inside of the posts. If you choose to do this, it needs to be set this way during assembly. The top right cubby wall then provides extra support. πŸ‘πŸ» No 🚫 weird smells πŸ‘ƒ upon opening. Until I find a solid cat condo that can last like a piece of furniture, these are what we have for options. I wish manufacturers would reconsider the fabric. It just doesn't hold up, especially with cats that get the zoomies and run this house like an obstacle course built for them...we're just guests πŸ™„πŸ˜‰ Cats have been having fun with it, spoiled little sh*ts need to get jobs to help with all of their stuff, lol! ... show more
