This couch fit what I was looking for! It arrived in 3 boxes and was easy to assemble. The fabric is thick and a larger weave which I like the look of. The couch is firm but comfortable. I would definitely prefer sitting on a slightly scolding bed of lava rocks covered only by a thin plastic bag than sit on this couch for more than a 20 minute interval. I imagine the benches in a maximum security prison are more humane. Absolutely tortuous experience. The real kicker though - is I paid a grand to go through this ordeal. Unless you want to add a therapy bill to the losses statement I would advise purchasing literally anything else. 0 stars. ... show more

It was very easy to put together by myself. A major flaw though is that it doesn’t have brackets to keep the individual pieces of the modules together. I also don’t think it looks anything like the pictures. I have purchased brackets to add separately and will purchase more fluff for the pillows, but also don’t feel like I should have to buy those things. Maybe once I have those things, I’ll feel more satisfied with the product. I do like the fabric as I have three pets that shed quite a bit. ... show more

This set is not comfortable, it is very hard. I suspected firm but comfortable -this was not the case. There is also nothing to hold the pieces together, and the pieces are constantly having to get pushed back together.

It wasn't what I thought it was going be it's the material of outside furniture and it's little .....it was sent with a whole in it but they replaced it and gave me $50 refund I appreciate them for that they customer service is very good
