Reasonable price for what you get. Mine has no visible dings or damage, I got a blue one. Works and all, no battery damage either. Came with the charger and some headphones, they arent that comfy to wear so keep that in mind but it's really not the sellers fault. Storage capacity is pretty good, i wont be able to fill it up with just music. it's small size is pretty nice but i reccomend getting a carrying case of sorts. You can still download music and podcasts on it in 2024, so if you want a blast from the past with this 2000's design, I reccomend it. Sound quality is very good for an old mp3 player. Obviously it wont be perfect but its a good device all in all. A sleek and futuristic look really puts this all together. Complaints: Since it is a bit old some services are discontinued. This isn't really the sellers problem and you should expect this when you buy it so my 5 star rating will remain. Price is a little bit much but I guess people collect these now. ... show more

It keeps going fully white screen out of no where! And there’s no way of fixing it until I get home and plug it into my laptop and reset it. A couple times it went back to normal after 2-3 hours, but that only happened twice. Returning it and getting a different one from a different seller. It was suppose to be a birthday gift, sucks having to return it because he was very excited over it. Too bad his excitement left every time the screen went white. ... show more

The headphones supplied are really awful in this day and age, and it would be nice if they upgraded this product to Bluetooth . Otherwise I love not having to carry my phone just to listen to my music.
