This ladder is ideal for most any around the house jobs. I can understand some posts that say it’s heavy, but it’s no worse than dealing with a basic 6’ ladder. At least this folds up like you’re carrying an aluminum beam. Way easier to navigate around any structures. 90% of jobs can be done with A frame position. I would suggest getting the 9 footer like I did. This model seems like the “perfect” height.

It's a functional ladder, and it folds up small enough. A little wobbly, but what else would you expect with a folding ladder? It's not a ton of wobbling, just enough to keep you on your toes. The packaging could use some significant overhaul for the price point though. The package was half torn off from the metal cutting through it, and the pieces that the little feet go over were exceptionally bent. Luckily, I'm a card carrying member of the he-man woman haters club(kidding) and have a big mean pair of fencing pliers to straighten it out. Could probably afford to put some more protective material around those and the sharp-ish edges. Other than the packaging though, seems like a fine enough product.

As the title suggests, this ladder is just way too heavy and clumsy. It is shaky and remarkably unsteady, the release handles are nearly impossible to easily operate with one hand, has no shelf, and it's really expensive. Even my contractor hated it- and he has 10 ladders. Wish I could return it - I'll keep my lightweight ladder.

I use this in my house, so I don't beat walls up inside when I need a ladder. I also put it in my camper, when I go camping. I can get the tallest Murphy Ladder in my Honda accord, it's great.
