Description

The ProsourceFit Exercise Puzzle Mat ½-inch creates a large, comfortable, and durable surface for workouts and exercise equipment while protecting your floor. The interlocking foam mats are made from thick EVA foam which absorbs impact and noise during workouts and provides a soft surface for ground exercises like push-ups, crunches and yoga movements and weight lifting workouts. Easy-to-assemble interlocking foam floor pads when put together covers 24, 48 or 144 square feet with end borders for a clean, finished look. Each tile is ½ inch thick from the highest point of the texture. It comes in five color options and is great for garages, fitness rooms, gyms, children’s play areas, and other hard floors. The foam puzzle mat contains no phthalates.

I put the tiles down when needed for floor exercises, and they cushion as I’d expect them to. They also stay connected well when I do sandbag slides on them. My only issue is that one of the 6 tiles I received had an almost flat textured side, despite having the textured pattern (and yes, I checked both sides of the tile and compared to the others to be sure). I needed 6 more tiles to complete my gym floor but Amazon no longer seems to offer their tiles so I took a chance on these. They are a nearly perfect match. The puzzle part perfectly matches Amazons. The only short coming is these tiles are about a 1/8 inch smaller (see photo) so the edges don't match perfectly but it's hardly noticeable and doesn't affect performance. ... show more

My Golden is in his twilight years; his body hurts, has a hard time getting up and down, and his depth perception is way off. Our apartment has the generic gray, vinyl plank flooring, which makes it super slippery and nearly impossible for my senior dog to get up. Since we put some foam tiles down, he can "see" the floor, and get up/down most of the time without assistance. It also helps cushion his old joints. The major downside is how slippery the tiles can get when they're not connected to other tiles or if it's stand alone and not stabilized. I have almost fallen several times bc I keep forgetting this very important warning ⚠️ Will buy again when needed, for sure though ... show more

I was mildly disappointed to find that these are 3/8” thick rather than 1/2”. This is a bit misleading if you are comparing this brand to others that actually are 1/2” thick. Other than that they are about what you would expect if you have seen any other variations of these foam tiles.

Wanted something I could set my weight bench, treadmill or heavier items on in my home gym (over carpet). These are bascally foam squares, very flemsey and way too soft for anything like that and would not hold up. These are for kids to play on or maybe a person to sit on for yoga/streaching, not to walk on in shoes or jump around. I wanted something durable, protective and looks good and not spend a lot of money. Keep looking and came up with purchasing what are called anti-fatige mats at home improvment store. These are made from solid rubber, in a grid pattern and come in 3 ft by 3 ft sections that lock together. They are the kind of thing a business might have behind the bar, kitchen or cash register. They are heavy and will not slip. I got them for $20 bucks each. 3 will fit under my free weight bench/squat rack and if I put them under my treadmill I would ony need two. I think these work for carpet, concrete and even wood flooring. I will use these for under the heavy items and buy a roll up mat for streaching on the floor. These foam mats are just too flimsey for even that and would come apart. ... show more

The price is perfect.. the pads are VERY durable and thick. easy to clean. They are soft enough to lay on if needed for floor exercise.
