Love the brand

Yes, it moisturizes the skin, yes it stops itchiness, yes it leaves a sheen on my beard. No, it does not soften the actual facial hair (and I’ve yet to find anything that does 😆). But it’s a great product, and a great bundle of products, nevertheless.

The good fragrance burns eyes

The pump is a nice feature and mine works well. The fragrance is nice and reminiscent of old barber shop lotions they used. However, moments after use my eyes burned uncontrolably until I washed them out with water. At first I thought I must have rubbed my eyes after applying but, use of the Murdock moisturizer the following days resulted in the same burning and I was very conscience of not rubbing my eyes. Truth be told I did not notice an advantage to using this specific product over any of the others I had been using.

Love the product, packaging needs improvement.

Love the actual product but the packaging needs improvement. A good amount of the product was wasted because the lid wasn't screwed on all the way or it loosened I transit and the moisturizer leaked out of bottled. Not sure if it's a quality control issue or bottle manufacturer issue but could definitely be improved as that's not a great first impression to open an expensive product to find a quarter of it already missing. Otherwise the product feels and smells great.
