I wanted a more compact mixer that could be conveniently kept upstairs. CONTROLS It took some time to get used to the controls, as the instructions could be clearer. That said, once familiar, the mixer is quite straightforward to operate. ATTACHMENTS The dough hook handles whole-grain einkorn bread dough nicely, and the whisk whips egg whites well. CAPACITY The mixer operates smoothly, with a slight bobbing motion typical of hinged models. I haven’t tested its maximum capacity yet, since I mostly prepare smaller batches—like almond quick breads, cakes, meringues, mashed potatoes, cookies, and dessert bars. So far, it has managed everything without issue. OVERALL Five stars. This is a reliable and handy mixer that meets our needs well. Once past the initial learning curve, it’s easy to use. Your book doesn't have instructions for all of the attachments. It doesn't show how to use them, what they are for or where they go. I am so displeased with this item and it's contents. For the cost that I am paying I do not feel like it is worth it. Your operation Manuel needs better instructions in them. I shouldn't have to look for video's or to need to ask someone else what to do with these things ... show more

This is the absolute best cake mixing bowl I've ever used! I love how versatile it is — I can grind meat, make smoothies, and of course, mix batter. It’s also wonderfully sturdy and heavy, so it stays securely in place without sliding or jumping around during use.
