Not a bad piece of equipment. Took maybe 5hrs to assemble. Everything works great on it except for one part. The mid pull down. The neck wrap hooks to a carabiner that is behind the seat which is used for the ab exercise. When i was using it the carabiner hooked the seat and already damaged it. Ticked off about that one. The instructions were very detailed and following the steps above made all the installations go smoothly. We apparently installed a part incorrectly which caused the cable to break after a few uses. We reported the problem and they told us how to fix it and sent over 4 new wire guides within a few days. This is not a piece of professional gym equipment, but if you want a full body workout at home, this is a great option. My wife, who is 5'1“ and I'm 5'6”, use this equipment very well. We have been using this machine for 1 month and have found many ways to use this machine through YouTube videos, adding benches, etc. We would definitely recommend it as a good value home gym machine. ... show more

I've been contemplating and researching most of the multi functional home gyms for over a month and I finally came to a decision and bought this item only because it offers more versatility than the others and I'm very happy I took a chance on this one and finished assembling it which was pretty easy if you read the instructions and pictures and refer to the parts for more information. **Socket wrench will save you so much time** My item came in pretty fast!
