The soft urethane band delivers a comfortable fit that your wrist will love and is textured on the top side so that even wet fingers can tighten it without slipping. This is the best G-Shock I have ever owned. Casio keeps adding features while keeping them rugged and stylish. Connecting with the phone App is flawless and programming your preferences is easy. Calibrating steps and distance and setting up text=email mail is a bit limited but it works.
