My 17-year-old daughter wanted to have a bonfire for her birthday last week, so I picked this up! As a single mom, it's important to me that anything I buy can be easily assembled. I can state with confidence that this fire pit is single mom-approved! I was able to assemble this, with ease, in 10 minutes! My daughter and her friends loved being able to hang out and sit by the fire. The only reason I'm dropping it down to 4 stars is due to the thin metal used. Unfortunately, one of the kids accidentally stepped on the cover for the fire pit and it completely collapsed and bent immediately. Is it the most durable fire pit available? No, probably not. Is it adequate for anyone wanting to have an occasional fire in a budget-friendly manner? YES!

Aluminum construction, provides decent screws, and nuts to connect everything, keeps it all lightweight. A little hard to setup, no recommended stabilizer to put it together, but I was able to get it done. The corner supports were drilled wrong though. There was a hole where there shouldn't have been, and no hole where there should have been one. Thankfully, it still has 3 screws in one side and 2 in the other for support. It is setup for a good fire, and good chill weather for it as well.

Looks great, but really short. Easy to put together, but the preinstalled bolts on the Connectors (part E) were installed on the wrong side. To get the Connectors to align properly, I could only use 5 total screws rather than 6 per leg connector. It still works and does not wobble. The material is a little flimsy. Not as strong and sturdy as I thought it would be.

Given that this is a $70 fire pit, I didn't expect something that will last forever. That said, for an inexpensive fire pit to use occasionally, it'll do. It's not bad to assemble, but the instructions aren't great. Following them, some disassembly and reassembly was required to get it done properly, as the instructions were not right. This is fairly light, made with sheet metal. It does look good, but I'd be leery of using for a big or very long fire. My plans for it is the occasional hot dog and marshmallow roasting session, or to dispose of excess cardboard.

The item arrived in a manufacturer's box inside a mailing box. It was well packed. Wasn't expecting so many pieces, there's quite a bit to put together. I didn't see a screwdriver so you'll need a Phillips head. Because it's been raining I haven't had a chance to use it, or take proper pictures. But I did want to leave the review with what I know so far. Metal that seems a bit thin. I actually bent several pieces trying to put them together, which was if it surprising considering this is supposed to be able to take direct heat for long periods of time. The actual fire pit itself is made of heavier metal, however the perimeter metal trim pieces and grated are not solid heavy metal.

This fire pit came well packaged and wrapped. A few of the pieces had some bends but the material is soft enough to correct by hand. Once everything is attached with the included phillips screws and nuts, it's pretty sturdy and looks really nice. I imagine it should hold up for a while, but the metal is thin (think sheet metal), so it's for more ornamental/occasional fires and grilling or roasting marshmallows. I wouldn't go crazy with a big fire, or allow anyone to touch it while hot... but it should hold a fire really well. We stuck it outside and plan to test it out, I'll update the review asap. The color and pattern looks good, instructions were spot on, and it even had a few extra screws. Just be sure you have a screwdriver and 4' of open space to build it and you'll have a nice little fire pit!

This fire pit arrived well packaged and included all of the hardware and parts it said it included. It has easy to follow along instructions as well. It needs a Philips head screwdriver for assembly. I used a drill b/c there are a lot of screws. All of the separate pieces are pretty lightweight. It looks very nice, but I immediately ordered a cover for it because I also have the feeling that if this gets wet at all that it will rust very easily.
