This thing is absolutely phenomenal. The moment I unboxed it, it rolled out perfectly, I immediately loved the thickness, versus the softness. I was actually afraid that it would be too soft like a lot of yoga mats, but it’s not it’s quite firm, but it’s not hard or uncomfortable. It feels amazing! This is the mat of my dreams, I have been wanting for 25 years, and it just occurred to me. Hey, I bet there’s something on Amazon that would suffice. I am so glad I got it for myself for my birthday. I’m 45, and I really needed something to help me get in better shape, and this is really a nice mat. My feet and heels clean to it perfectly. I just feel like I can do anything on it! My child had an entire section for his playtime as you can see in the picture above, and I still had plenty of stretching space! This is a dream, and I’m so happy. It’s a little bit thicker than regular yoga mats because it won’t puncture as well as the mats will do. I put a toy crate on it for 20 minutes and I didn’t see any markings from it. I feel there would have been markings if I left it for a couple of hours, But it seems like They would fade by the texture and quality. I don’t feel like testing it, but I just think it’s absolutely phenomenal. GET IT!!!

I'm using this mat for jumping exercises on a concrete floor. Jumping left to right from leg to leg. The mat stays in place very well. It's firm enough that it does not feel spongy. I use a yoga mat on top of this mat for a little more softness when I do ab exercises on my back or when rolling. I'm very pleased.

This mat provides extra space to actively exercise without constant need to reposition on to the mat. It is thick enough to provide comfort for knees in hard surfaces. It is a but awkward to carry so plan to develop a modification to the strap they provide. I use a bungee to create a carrying approach. Perhaps they will make a modification. The mat will fit nicely in a living room or yoga room.

I recently started doing some exercises including core and yoga and I had a very old and very thin yoga mat that was given to me as a gift. It was so thin I was hurting after each session, my elbows, my knees, my back. The mat was narrow so I was ending up on the floor quite often. I saw this mat on Amazon and it took me a while to order since it was little pricy and I was hesitating if it was worth it. The same day it arrived put it on the floor, it was beautiful, thick and good quality looking. I couldn't wait to try it and it turned out to be absolute game changer. So much more comfortable, thick and nice. No sliding, no pain. I absolutely love it.

I really liked it. I'm starting to walk at home and to avoid hurting my knees I bought this mat! The thickness is good, it's just that with the movements it slips but the opposite is good. I would have liked it to stay fixed on the ground?

Well, it's a mat. But it is a very good one. I have this in my "workout room" and use it primarily for stretching. It is very thick and comfortable, and the non-slip works as advertised. I don't have a whole lot to say about this mat other than I feel I made the correct purchase. It was a little more expensive than others that I looked at, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this mat for anyone who wants something that is comfortable, useful, and durable.
