The bike (Mukkpet GL) came packaged perfectly. Not one scratch, dent, ding, whatever. Once out of the box, the next thing I noticed was that after I put the seat on (quick attachment) and the handlebars on (another quick attachment), it was completely assembled. The only thing I used the supplied tools for was to make sure all nuts/bolts were tight. The battery had about a half charge and the front tire needed about 10 lbs of pressure. Once those things were done, it was off to the races (or maybe just a quick joyride). That was four days ago. So far, no problems as I have been learning how to run through all the gears and pedal assist levels. The battery indicates it is still almost fully charged (22 miles) but I do use it almost exclusively in pedal assist mode. The bike is comfortable to ride, very stable on the road with those fat tires and very responsive. I had to look online to find out how to turn on the installed headlight and tail-lights but that was easy. I found that the brake light works well once someone following me told me that I had a brake light (cool). I zip-tied a white milk crate to the rear carrier and I was ready to go. Is this a road racer? No. Using the pedals to the max on the highest assist level, I did get the speedometer up to 28 mph, but on throttle only, I am going a max of about 20 mph (there might also have been a tailwind and downhill slope involved). However, that is pretty darn good for a retired, out of shape, 69 yr old person. Is this for mountain biking? Probably not, but it isn't being used for that. And considering that I am using it for getting around town and going to the local grocery store, it is plenty fast. Getting around town is so easy, the pedal assist with the 500 W motor provides plenty of power. Frankly, my truck hasn't been started in four days. Yep, I really like this bike. ... show more

Super duper easy to put together & start riding! No tools needed....except for the basket & that tool is included! I ride it every day over a pretty big bridge...and I have the time of my life on every ride while I earn my lunch or brunch and then burning it right back off. The computer is easy to read & use. The bike is very easy to set up and extremely comfortable to ride. Please note: it's REALLY heavy & I'm in great shape! I haven't had the opportunity to refold it yet, but it doesn’t seem too complicated. And lastly, the price is an ABSOLUTE STEAL! I've been pricing them since December after renting them in Zion with my family....and, I'm telling you, these are a good deal! ... show more

I loved this e-bike, its my first bike so far and I've had a good time with it when getting to work although a heads up in-case for people with short legs, it might be a bit painful if you extend you're legs to reach the ground if the seat is a bit too high... Overall its just really good and I'd recommend it to my friends! but I guess to also state a minor thing: It can go sometimes 23MPH (If there's no wind blowing to hard that day in my frontal direction) It also feels comfortable & safe for me at least at 22MPH (Which is nice since I needed that kind of speed at least to get to my work place at a safe speed and feels comfortable!) In any-case this was worth the investment and the accessories my dad bought for mirrors to see behind me and phone-case for holding phone for my S23 Ultra so I can check the map on my way to work or watch a video fits quite well! The only downside I have personally with it is I wish the chair when put all the way down at the bottom would just sit still and not wiggle and move around too much while riding....my legs are not as long and its rather short and sometimes I need to put my foot down to hold the bike but it hurts some-what when I over-stretch it if the chair was up higher so I have to push it all the way down in order to touch the ground...This is the only problem personally for me but it could be better for you any of you! and I'd still recommend this if you're wanting to try a E-Bike since this is a good product! ... show more

Well made and sturdy. Solid bike. Seems as good as other that are double the price. Battery life is good. Only need to charge every few days. Shipping was fast and bike was packaged well. Easy to put together. Instructions are a bit hard to understand.
