I am glad I purchased this on a whim. I needed something to get around places because going to stores with mobility scooters you can never fully know if they are available or working till you get there. I am injured and this is a struggle for me to lift almost 48 pounds. I got a dog ramp to help assist me with getting it in my suv. It folds nicely and takes up most of my trunk space in my suv. I purchased a 2nd battery since it takes it a few hours to charge but this was for peace of mind. Cons: 3 wheels it can topple over on turns small inclines. I did this in a family member's driveway and into the yard testing it out(which is where I got my ramp from) Speed is faster then most in stores one so be careful with it. It's a bit heavy for an elder person or one with disability to pick up and even use a ramp. I struggled a bit once I got it up the ramp into the suv part. Pros: Knowing I always have the scooter with me since I can't walk long distances. Folds easy and runs nicely. well thought out when made and seat is comfortable. take it slow and you'll be fine.

I have been looking for a scooter to help with my mobility issues for quite a while and have actually ordered two others that I returned. I decided to try this one. It is very well built and sturdy. It goes quite fast, probably faster than you will need. One other scooter I tried had three speed settings, slow, medium and fast, that you could switch to to get more power. This one does not, you just turn the handle to go faster. I think I prefer the other way. I find this one goes great on paved surfaces but not so great on grass and bumpy surfaces. I was trying it out on grass and it would get stuck if I hit a very big bump. I also discovered that with the two wheels close together in the front, it tends to tip easily if you hit a bump. One thing I like about it is it folds up easily to put in the car and is fairly light for a mobility scooter. All in all, if you keep to paved surfaces, it is excellent and you should be good.

The media could not be loaded. The unit was simple to assemble until I got to the handle as mine is different from the instruction video. The seller was very responsive to the issue. They also sent me the MSDS and fact sheet when I told them I needed information to be able to travel on plane with scooter. It is easy to operate. The scooter is easy to store as it folds and sits upright like a suitcase. Folding is a breeze (see video).

Low power on inclines, you need to put it on 3 and get a running start to traverse even less than 9% inclines. Not good on grass. The back cushion is low so the back cross bar hits your back making you uncomfortable. If you travel on inclines and level streets the batterie life is only around 3 hours, and the milage is only about 5 miles. Other than that it is good for level surface travel. Unfolds and folds easily. The battery does get hot while charging. The manufacturer could hire someone that could explain how to assemble the scooter in more concise English for the English countries. I has to use the pictures and guess on the assembly due to poor English instructions. The unit fits in the trunk only taking half of the trunk space. Turns sharply. Feels stable while riding even going across driveways. I did buy a roll of foam to pad the back cushion and cover the cross bar to make it more comfortable for me while riding. I also bought chair covers to slip over the cushions to hold the foam in place and make the scooter more my own. In my opinion the scooter is a good value for the money. If you want an extra battery it is expensive (312.00) with tax Charging a dead battery takes 4 hours and 39 minutes.. Over all it beats paying 3 to 5 thousand or going through insurance for a scooter.

This has been an ideal scooter for our needs. Long use battery life, but we bought an extra battery so we have a back up. On a 5 day cruise we only had to change the battery out once. We didn't charge every night either. It is small enough to fit through the cruise ship cabin doors. It was also able to handle the streets of New Orleans without difficulty. I love that it is foldable so that it stores easily out of the way, but doesn't have to be disassembled to do so. Overall, I can't imagine anything better for our travel needs or around town.

it's easy to folds, it's small, it's light. battery life is excellent. The only con is. There arent any rear tip over wheels. I use mine on flat level surfaces, so it works for me.

I’m 6 feet tall 215 pounds and for me the scooter is small but doable. The scooter comes fully assembled in the box and it’s foldable and lightweight enough so that I can handle it , and I only have one leg. My only complaint is the fabric on the cushion is so cheap that they will start to knot-up within the first one or two uses.
