I usually buy Mueller tape for my gymnast daughter and it works fine but for some reason this package I received looked the same but the feel if the tape was a little off. The take was soft and squishy and it doesn't have it's usually stickiness. Comes off easily which is not good for un even bars. Unfortunately, it's too late for me to return but maybe someone can read this and double check your tape before it's too late to return. ... show more

Works fine unless you sweat a lot. Used it for wrapping my foot while training. The adhesive would wear off when sweating at the end of the tape for had to re-wrap a couple times.

This is the preferred athletic tape by my daughters gym. She is a gymnast and has to tape her feet/ankles daily. Tape holds up well (trains 4-6.5 hours daily), be sure to use pre-wrap.

I have plantar fasciitis and use this tape to strap my arches. It works great and holds its stickiness all day. Even stays sticky through a shower. I have noticed it is so sticky, that it might actually pull skin off if you have dry skin on the bottom of your feet. As a result, I have purchased some prewrap to keep from getting sores on the bottom of my feet. ... show more
