This small, easy to use use coffee maker was wonderful on this awful hot days! HELP i was melting in this heat this summer and the iced coffee maker showed up ata my doorstep just in time! The adjustable water flow flow rate is wonderful and the brew tasted wonderful! Its super easy to clean. The only downside would be it’s not dishwasher compatible. I was grateful to walk out of my house with my iced coffee this morning with no wait in the long lines at the local coffee shop. I smiled as i drove by, holding up my perfect iced brewed cup up! This is such a sad review to write because those things makes such a great cup of cold brew coffee the perfect strength and everything. There is one big big problem the little drip controll arm doesn't work at all. It leaks water out of it when trying to have the water slowly drip out the second you pull to controll the drip water leaks out everywhere. Even if you think it is dropping at a nice pace you'll come back in the room and see a flood of a mess everywhere on your countertop. The few times it actually has worked though it has been the best coffee to make so once again this review is lame to write. Fix the dripper and this is the best product.

I liked that it was easy to use and the coffee tasted delicious. There were no grounds in it. I was able to brew a larger amount and store it in the fridge for the week. It still tasted just as good. The only problem was that it leaked around the area where you set the drip rate so it would drip faster.

I have other items from this brand that I really like, so this is a bit disappointing. First of all, I did not realize that part of it is plastic. I don’t care if it is BPA free. I don’t like plastic touching my food period. Secondly, the cup that holds the coffee grounds is too large to seat properly in the carafe, so it’s unstable and hard to get level. Thirdly, the controller for the drip is supposed to be completely closed when the arm is all the way to the left, but it never turns off completely. I am not sure whether I want to hassle with the return process. I might try using a different cone shaped coffee filter with this to see whether it works, but I would not recommend this until they address the design flaws and change it to all glass and stainless steel. There really aren’t any parts that couldn’t be made that way. Even the plastic controller could be stainless steel. I took the time to be explicit because I am hoping that the company will see this review and upgrade the design. I am adding this last paragraph to say that I went ahead and returned this item because it wasn’t as much of a hassle to return it as I had thought it would be.

I use this basically every morning to make cold coffee, and it works wonders. All I have to do is get ice water, put coffee in the filter, assemble the tower, and pour the water in. At first the ratio of water:coffee was a bit of a guessing game, but by the third day it became my favorite way to make cold coffee! It helps that it’s easy to clean and it’s suitable for times when I want coffee quick, or if I don’t have time to wait for water to boil. Overall it’s a wonderful purchase and I can’t wait to keep using it!

The media could not be loaded. Great looking product, that just doesn't work. Lever to control the amount of water that is released into the filter doesn't actually seal, so you have no control over the amount of water that drips into filter. Water even at the off setting comes out too fast and will overfill the filter if you fill up. The color and concentration of the coffee ends up being lighter than a lightly brewed cup of tea. I think the design and concept just don't work for how cold brew is typically made. Unless I have a faulty one.

I bought this as a gift, on first use we put ice water in the top part and set drip rate as instructed. Immediately water leaked out all over the counter- so we switched to just ice cubes. Took over 24 hours to “brew” (for the ice to melt and filter) and made only a small batch so we’d have to put more ice in the top to keep going. Not what I expected from such a great brand. Disappointing.
