This smoothies blender is convenient to use. You can travel with it easily. I use it occasionally as I have another one. I have not used it with ice cubes. Only with frozen fruits. Not sure it is powerful enough to make smoothies with ice or nuts.

This little blender works great. It can even crush ice but I would not overload it with ice as it may be too much for the motor. Very handy blender for smoothies, etc. Takes up very little space, plugs into the wall, is easy to use and does a good job blending.

I bought this with the intent of making hollandaise sauce, just the opposite of the healthy minded folks out there. Much to my surprise it clearly states that it’s not for hot foods. Ignoring that entirely I went ahead with my intentions. This little unit has some balls! The sauce came out excellent, no harm whatsoever to it, it’s a little beast. I wanted a cute personal blender for my RV that would take up minimal counter space. This one coordinated with my decor and was indeed small but unfortunately not powerful enough to blend a basic protein shake. I filled the cup with 1/3 water, 4 ice cubes, 1 chocolate protein pack serving, and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Then topped it off with more water to the max level. It blends only the bottom part of the cup. The rest of the ingredients towards the middle to top part of the cup stay stuck and won’t mix. I even tried shaking it and blending again multiple times. It’s cute so I’m disappointed. But I’ll stick with my reliable beast blender. This one will only mix liquid and powders together. It will get hot before all the ice is crushed. ... show more

Very satisfied with this purchase. The blend quality is amazing, lots of power. The noise level is minimal for a blender. I love that the blender cup has a drink top (picture attached). Seems solid, with no leaks. Great value for the price!
